A warm home in Northstar at the top of Indian Hills, 2 bed/2 baths, perfect for families or friends. Sleeps six on a king bed, two twins, and a queen pullout. Views of Lookout Mtn from the private deck, fireplace, and full kitchen. The free, on-demand ski shuttle stops 2 doors down across the street. Free parking at your door. Bike storage in summer. Access to the off-site (~1 mi) Northstar Rec Center for a small fee, with hot tubs, weights, all season lap pool, pickleball, and arcade.

Outstanding location within the Village-at-Northstar featuring ice-skating, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This stunning property is adjacent to the Ritz Carlton gondola and features an exclusive ski valet, private underground parking, and movie theater. A truly inviting layout, private deck & outdoor fireplace. Excellent amenities, pool and hot tub, fitness center, and owners lounge! Very family friendly with daily activities and a large selection of games and DVDs available to use!

AMAZING Downtown & On The RIVER! (13.25% tax incl)

Downtown Truckee, On The River, with a generator! Beautiful, comfortable, fully remodeled one bedroom apartment tastefully decorated. Small weekday office upstairs. 80' of river frontage, large patios, stone stairways to river, on site parking. Walk downtown yet totally private. Note: Due to a very serious allergy of a cleaner, we cannot accommodate animals including service animals. NO smoking, max of 2 guests. Luxury Northstar Hot-Tub Walk to Lifts & Village

Steps to Northstar Village! It's the only luxury, pet-friendly home with a private hot-tub, a fenced-in yard, and access to the Northstar Rec. Center and the Village Swim/Fitness Center. Walk to the lifts and gondolas! Plus access to Schaffer's Camp at the top of the mountain or the Tahoe Mtn. Club in the Village. All 4 bedrooms are ensuite with full bathrooms. Truckee Tahoe Paradise

Centrally located home, 4 Queen Beds, attached garage and driveway. Natural Light. Underground utilities (power outages are rare). Conveniently is 2.2 miles from Downtown Truckee (1.8-mile paved trail). NorthStar Ski Resort is 15 mins (8.4 miles) and Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley Ski Resort) is 19 mins away (13.9 miles). Trails for snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, biking, and hiking. Donner Lake is a 9 min drive and Lake Tahoe is 19 mins away. Air Purifier on at all times.
