Tintenbarn is a custom designed, brand new barn-style accommodation with queen bed , outdoor concrete tub, full kitchen , laundry , outdoor shower and rustic style decor. It is surrounded by lush gardens, bird life and serenity. You'll have everything you need to relax, unwind, rest and absorb the Byron Hinterlands and surrounds. It's located in a quiet but central location close to Alstonville, Ballina, Newrybar, Lennox head, and Byron Bay. Our closest beach is Lennox Head and is 10 mins away.

The mezzanine boasts a queen-sized bed and a single daybed with trundle, while the second bedroom offers flexible bedding arrangements, including a king-sized bed or two singles; please specify your preference. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.
