A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations in terms of beauty and amenities. Jim was the most responsive host we’ve had during any Airbnb stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the house was in good condition after the cyclone. He was truly fantastic. Because of the cyclone, the private path to the beach was unusable but 200m down the road (Wareham St) was another entrance to the beach which was accessible for my elderly father. The beach is not patrolled this time of year but has shade and was still beautiful despite the erosion/accessibility issues. There was a playground next to the property which worked well for our 2.5 year old (with supervision). A 10 minute walk up the road was a great bakery/coffee, a small grocery store and a great Indian restaurant among other shops. Easy 10-15 minute drive into Byron which has a woolies and is patrolled. Highly recommend.

Casita de Bosque is a lovely open plan cottage, being one of three owned by Rodolfo and Maria, all privately located in separate areas on a large rural block with interesting features and short private walks. The property includes a vineyard and they make nice wine. I recommend the tampranillo! Delicious. Rodolfo and Maria were very welcoming and great hosts. We had some nice chats, and they provided excellent recommendations, including an appointment-only winery tour at Savina, which was lovely. Our cottage was well appointed with plenty of amenities and nice little touches. A pot belly stove, air conditioning, radiator and electric blankets ensure you can be warm and cosy, or open the place up and use the large deck in summer. The bed, bedding and furniture are very comfortable If you want to disconnect, relax and unwind, this is the right spot. Thank you Rodolfo and Maria.

Cristina is a very caring host. We came before the cyclone Alfred and she made sure that we are safe during our stay. A very friendly neighbour also. We will definitely come back to her place and recommend it also to our families and friends. Thank you Cristina. You definitely deserve a 5 stars.

Great place to stay, quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Cleve sent clear instructions prior to arrival which made check in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice well maintained and Ryan is a good host however he mentioned to queen beds in description however the house had one king bed and one single

very cozy and comfy stay. frances was lovely! we stayed for our anniversary and she dropped some sparkling wine at our door to celebrate, was a very nice touch. place was very clean and tidy, we felt comfortable and at home :)

Pip and her husband were very friendly and met us on arrival, offered to help us with our luggage to the self contained beautiful, private accommodation at the rear of their property. All the little extras made such a difference, fresh sourdough, jam, butter, ground coffee and plunger, bowl of fruit and cookies, such hospitable hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and Pip and her husband were happy to give us local recommendations for the area and nearby places of interest. Such a beautiful garden and our dogs will be sad to leave, they have made themselves at home ! Gary & Karyn are wonderful host, they are happy to help in everything, communication from check in to check out no issue at all. The place is very clean and comfortable. The location is awesome, shopping, restaurant and beach around the area. Property is secured in quiet street for a good sleep. Perfect for our family of four, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for! The house was divine, beautifully furnished and looked after and perfect for a quiet getaway. Beaches and waterholes were all a short walk away, as well as 2 very cute cafes. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus!! We will absolutely be back!

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

My friends and I had such a lovely stay. All of the beds were so comfortable and there was lots of space. The plunge pool was decadent and being so close to the main pool was fantastic too. Everything was easy and the hosts were super helpful and lovely. Would definitely come and stay again.

Great location, walking distance to Lennox head township, 15mins to Ballina, 20 to Byron Bay. Neighborhood was mostly quiet and facilities in the house were great. Most of the essentials plus some non-essentials were provided in the kitchen and Libby gave some great recommendations for places to visit etc. Beds were pretty comfortable, not too hard. TV upstairs was a bit complicated to get working but no big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying for 3-nights at this beautiful house. Michelle was super helpful with check-in information, prior to us getting to the property! The place was very secluded, however, had everything we needed to make us feel at home! The pool & porch, was thoroughly enjoyed by our whānau (family.) Nice & local to the supermarket, cafe & petrol station. Would definitely stay here again, if we visit the Gold Coast again! Thank you Michelle for hosting our whānau 💛
