The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet.
