Independent guest room with garden / swimming pool

Big bedroom with separate entrance from main house. With a king-size bed, private toilet, shower and wardrobe. One door/window opens to the garden of the house with a swimming pool to be shared with the members of the family. We have two very friendly dogs which might be in the garden. The house is in a safe and quiet residential area, close to two Universities, with many shops, pharmacies, international chains of restaurants and cafeterias and a small mall, all within a short walking distance.

New suit with new shower on the top floor. separate entrance, king size matress on the floor without a bed , sea view. huge balcony. Stairs to go upstairs are wood stairs and a bit sharp direction so not very good for kids but cool for adults and couples. This is the top floor you see not the one below although we rent this 3 bedroom penthouse as well. call for details.
