A lovely and large 100m2 holiday apartment suitable for a small or large family. This apartment is centrally located & just 3m walk from the famous Finikoudes blue-flag sandy beach. Coming out of the building to the Zenonos Street you are immediately in the retail area of the town with lots of shops and cafeteria. Five minutes walk you are outside St' Lazarua church & three minutes from the municipal Fruit & Vegetable markets. My apartment is ideal if you wish to be in the center of it all.

Comfy Place Finikoudes

The beach lovers - the sea is just across the road! Or enjoy the sun on the balcony - all day long. Lively seafront with all its activities, and the charming small old-town streets behind, with many authentic taverns, bars, coffee shops will keep you well occupied. Many shops, several historical places to visit. Tourist info office just 300m away. Several buses per day to major cities, just a step away from the apartment. I hope you will enjoy staying at my place, as do my friends and my family.

The spectacular view of the sea (offered by the majority of our apartments) and the convenient location in the center of Larnaka will make your trip memorable. Each apartment is fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, and a balcony or patio. Additionally, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a washing machine, fridge, oven and a kettle. Take a break at the seating area of each apartment, with a flat-screen TV, and of course private bathroom with bath or shower.

Spacious 2 bedroom (4 beds/1 camped/1 baby cot) ground floor apartment with a private garden(80m2) private parking and Communal pool with changing rooms. Within walking distance of the beach (800m) and Kapparis amenities, 5 minute drive to Paralimni center and 10 minute drive to the famous Protaras Strip with its spectacular white sandy beaches(Fig Tree Bay). 15 minute drive to the popular Ayia Napa and only 40 minute drive to Larnaca Airport.

Beach Apt, 1 min from the sea, cozy and relaxing

This is a summer apartment located in tourist area. The Apts. complex has pool, parking place, grill place, surrounded with gardens. The beach is a 1-min work from apartment, and coordinated by Cyprus Tourism Organisation. Available children play and sport ground, café-restaurant. Volley/basket courts, sunbeds/umbrellas - at additional cost. The sea is perfect for infants. Bus stop is outside apts.: roots to Larnaca, Ayia-Napa, airport.

Relax with the whole family at a peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located between 2 of the biggest beaches in Larnaca. 5 minutes walk from the beach. With a big choice of restaurants. Also, the apartment is one of the closest apartments to the airport with some bus stops that can take you anywhere on the island.
