My review is for Sabor Residences not this listing, as there was a double booking. Fatma offered a room at Sabor Residences which has its own gorgeous big bathroom. It was one of 5/6 rooms in the guesthouse next to the lovely Sabor Restaurant and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Fatma was very responsive and also allowed me to check in very early. The large room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with 2 single beds and kettle with cups and plenty of coffee and tea available. I have not doubt the original room would have been good too but this was excellent, wonderful value for money and I would certainly recommend staying here. It’s close to all the shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and Ledra Crossing. Wifi was good too! Thanks Fatma!

Fatma Hanım valizlerimle geçmek zor olacağı için bir önceki kaldığım evden özel aracıyla aldı beni yolumun üzeri diyerek. Çok tatlı ve sevecen birisi :) Lefkoşa'da lezzetli yemekleri olan bir restoranları var. Sabor. Konaklarsanız gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Olanaklar, ortak kullanım alanları, konum... Her şey açıklamalarda bahsedildiği gibi. Ev surlar içinde, Girne Kapısı'na 5 6 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Yani oldukça merkezi. Biz memnun kaldık ❤

Excellent quality-price ratio. Clean and cosy place with a very pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located next to a big park and within walking distance to the city center. The host Andy was very friendly and helpful.

Great and calm place at the very center of an old town in a rustic environment. I was looking for something different than my usual environment and this was a great fit. It was fun to go on little walks in the town, starting directly from the doorstep. The hosts were very friendly and always open to a conversation.

I had an amazing experience staying at Andy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown, and local restaurants. Andy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit to Cyprus. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Wir waren für eine Nacht mit unserer Tochter da. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine gute Einführung. Der Garten ist ein Traum und war das Highlight für unsere Tochter. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im Garten war ein Traum. Nachts war es leider manchmal etwas laut draußen, aber es ging gut. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedenfalls wieder buchen, wenn wir in Nikosia sind. Da die Lage gut ist und man zu Fuß gut überall Hinkommt, aber nicht ganz mitten im Trubel ist.

Konaklama yeri harika ötesiydi. Odaları, girişi, bahçesi çok huzur verici ve güzeldi. Benimle ilgilenen Pembe Hanım’a özel olarak teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Gecenin 3’ünde otele giriş yapabilmem için beni bekledi. Sadece Lefkoşa ile sınırlı kalmayıp Girne, Mağusa gibi yerlerle ilgili de her sorumu içtenlikle cevaplayıp bana yardım etti. Saç kurutma makinesi, uygun priz başlığı gibi ihtiyaç olabilecek şeyler öngörülmüş ve sağlanmıştı. Kıbrıs’a ilk gelişimdi ve harika karşılandığımı hissettim.

sehr gute Lage. Man kann zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Mehmet war sehr hilfreich und hat uns gute Tips gegeben.

Evden çok memnun kaldık. En ufak sıkıntıda yardımcı olundu saat farketmeksizin. Teşekkürler.

Ich war hier für eine Woche wegen einem Workshop am Cyprus Institute. Dafür war die Unterkunft wunderbar. Das Institut war zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Innenstadt konnte man entweder zu Fuß (~1h) oder mit dem Bus kommen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie angegeben und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
