What a beautiful view! Centrally located with many walkable restaurants / supermarkets and Larnaca old town. The instructions on how to get to the right entrance (by car) are very helpful, free parking on the premises is a big plus and the check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is so clean and inviting, it has many amenities most Airbnbs don't have - in the kitchen and the restroom. Well-equipped also with a drying rack to go with the washing machine. Energy and ecologically conscious attitude toward energy use. Themida was always quick to respond. Many different converters for different regions are in the nightstand - best to research before coming to Cyprus. (Not conforming to EU standard btw) Thank you for a great stay - highly recommended!

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserer ein-Jährigen Tochter dort und waren sehr begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viel platz. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein super schöner Strand. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man einfach und in ca. 15 min. nach Girne. Der Kontakt mit Bekir und seinen Schwiegereltern war sehr, sehr nett. Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Sollten wir nochmal nach Girne kommen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen und es auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen dank Bekir und deiner Familie 🙏

Kseniya is an amazing lady , friendly who knows how to keep and attend to her guests needs very well. The only problem here is that sometimes she doesn’t have the mind of her own. Her escort boyfriend doesn’t know what it means to run an Airbnb! He gets in the way of her business. I will recommend Kseniya to anyone who’s looking for a Beautiful clean apartment to stay.

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

Other than there not being much hot water for showers, the property was very nice and location is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

This is our second time staying with Themida. Although we stayed at another accommodation, the experience was still the same. EXCELLENT! The level of hospitality is unmatched! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and the apartment is spotless! Again, we cannot fault anything about staying here and when we return to Cyprus - we will deliberately seek to stay with Themida again because we love staying with them so much Thankyou again for having us Love from Jordan and Kemmy

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

We had a wonderful stay during our time in Pratoris. The villa felt very homely. I visited with my family and felt comfortable. The kitchen was spacious with a large dining table. Waking up in the morning and relaxing by the pool in the provided deck chairs was very welcome. The host was very responsive and answered our questions and gave us helpful information regarding restaurants, bus routes and local attractions. I would certainly contact Panayiotis again if I decided to come back to pratoris.

We recently stayed at this wonderful villa in Cyprus and had an absolutely perfect holiday with our 8 month old son. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owners, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even before we had arrived. The villa itself was beautifully set up, especially great for families with children as everything we needed for our son was there for our use, Maria had thought of everything! The location was ideal, just a short walk from stunning beaches and convenient shops, as well as lovely restaurants. We enjoyed daily beach outings and easy access to local amenities, making our stay both relaxing and hassle-free. Overall, this villa provided us with everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Cyprus! Great location - walkable to many amazing restaurants and hotel cafes. Just a couple minute walk and you're at the ocean.

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Le logement de Valentina est juste top. Situé sur la Zone Nord de Chypre, il est accessible facilement de Nicosie (en voiture, taxi… ou en bus simplement avec un changement et un prix très avantageux). Le logement en lui même est équipé parfaitement avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour complet été comme hiver. Avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le Aphrodite Village. 5 piscines accessibles gratuitement sont une intérieure. Mini golf… toute la description est fidèle à l’offre. La dame du spa est excellente, pour ma part massages Bali et Thaï au top ! Franchement, un grand merci à Valentina pour tout ses conseils et les petites attentions… (exemple : les bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo à l’arrivée)… Rien à redire quoi.

היה מדהים ועולה על הציפיות! הבית מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, הבריכה מהממת ומתוחזקת בצורה טובה מאוד,כל יום הגיע איש בריכות לטפל, הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונה, והחלק המיוחד ביותר הוא חוף הים, הכניסה למים ממש מול הגינה, חוף פשוט יפיפה!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע תודה רבה!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa! It was such a pleasure to spend a few days enjoying this stunning location. The house is right by the sea, with an amazing view and a peaceful garden full of trees and plants. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to feel at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist phänomenal, alles ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation war tiptop, der Check-in einfach und die Lage für Ausflüge super. Wenn wir nochmal nach Zypern kämen, würden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten wollen.
