I had a pleasant and quiet stay at Swarup's house. It's a completely local Hindu Bengali house. There are cows, local vegetables, there's a pond. It's really complete. His mother prepared excellent ayurvedic foods. I had such a great time and enjoyed conversation with Swarup. Highly recommended in this area. Unfortunately I arrived at the wrong season to see the haors, but who knows, maybe there will be a next time! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

The room is simple facilities, but comfortable and clean. The attached pizza restaurand is delicious. Bongaigaon is a hidden gem of Assam and Shubham is a great host, always available for local suggestions, advice, or just a good chat. Exceptional value and a strategic base to explore the surrounding areas.

Host is very friendly and responsive, I really enjoyed time in the homestay. Room is very comfortable, hot water available in the room, extra blanket was provided per our request. Place is near to Heritage village, where Hornbill festival takes place. I definitely recommend this place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at SouthView! It is conveniently located - just a 10 to 12-minute walk to the Hornbill Festival. The breakfast is excellent, and Neteno also prepares delicious homemade dishes upon request. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kohima.

Great choice for working professionals. Located in a residential area so the stay was very pleasant and peaceful with good wifi connection. Slightly away from the main town but you can easily find taxis to navigate. My room was very clean, came with a spacious kitchen and balcony. Excellent food and hospitality. Recommend staying here.
