A bright, airy, private bedroom with full bathroom & back up electricity on the property! This suite is separate from the house with it's own private entrance but also has access to a luscious garden with a pool. The room has a luxurious king-size bed, a desk and chair and two easy chairs with side table . We have recently upgraded the room with a private kitchenette with basic cooking and tea/coffee facilities, a fridge and a single sink. There is also a cupboard with drawers and hanging space.

The guest cottage is separate, self contained and has private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped; including an oven, fridge and microwave. Wifi and Netflix is available. Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.

There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

There is a double room with en-suite bathroom, lounge and self catering kitchen with doors that lead into a private garden. Guests have their own private access and parking onsite. We have solar panels with a backup battery, so load shedding will not affect your stay.
