Seabreeze Cottage, by the ocean in Brighton, Otago

Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

The Lookout

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views. The Lookout, is next door to "Sybie's Cottage" another AirBnB listing by Allan. Each is very private and the car-park area is the only thing which is shared.

Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

Formosa Garden House

A lovely 3 bedroom farm flat with double glassing windows and new carpet situated in an organic garden. This guest house is joined to the main house with its own kitchen, bath, toilet and laundry. This flat is in a natural reserve area and you will wake up in the singing of birds. It is about 6 Km from Otago University. You have to drive up the valley and about 500m unsealed road to reach this tranquil paradise and enjoy a relaxing, peaceful holiday in our farm.

"Aunties" cozy bungalow - long or short term

Aunties has a lovely homely feel. Located on top of the main hill in Dunedin, between the suburbs of Roslyn and Maori Hill. Easy walk to supermarket,boutique shops and cafes. bus, taxi, Uber. Ideal for business travellers wanting more space than a hotel room. Close to Mercy hospital. Good wifi. Aunties gives you a taste of the simple life in the 60s & 70s. If you're looking for somewhere comfortable, warm, clean and affordable we can help. No cleaning fees
