Beautiful 2 floor apartment/house (part of a duplex) with floral front yard and shady back garden. Close to Brown, RISD, downtown, etc. Fully furnished. Front and back private entrances. Kitchen stocked with cooking basics, including spices, and many utensils, small appliances and pots, pans, etc. Picnic basket, beach towels and mats, hand weights, yoga mat on premises. Suitable for entertaining indoors and out. Parking: 2 driveway spaces on alley. Can host 4/5 easily, but up to 6 is possible.

Renovated cottage w water views and walk to beach

This beautiful cottage has waterviews from most rooms. 1st floor has 4 season porch, Living room opens to white kitchen w quartz countertops, dining area , bedroom and 1/2 bath. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms & full bath with laundry. Outdoor sitting at Small table in the front garden & Adirondack chairs in the backyard. 1/2 block to the beach, kayak, fishing, boat launch, cafe & 2 restaurants. Home has been renovated w love and caring. No parties. Please be considerate of cleaning person.

Fire pit and chairs facing the breathtaking sunset over pond. Canoe & row boat ready for a row around the pond. Private dock for BYOBoat. Plenty of fishing on Johnson’s Pond with a variety of rods here. Covered porch with bistro seats for quiet morning and evening overlooking pond. Outdoor dining at oversized picnic table on covered patio. BYOBikes and ride half a mile to bike path. West to rural Western Coventry and east to ice cream shops, library, and ball field.

Maritime Village Getaway with Backyard

Well located Greenport 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Historic renovated private home with modern furnishings and updated appliances and finishings. Patio and yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, and yard. Central AC and heat. Properly licensed as a rental with Greenport Village and Suffolk County. I now add the airbnb fees and local and state taxes onto the listing. If you have questions about this please reach out. Not sure how transparent the fee structure is for guests.

This is the perfect Newport location- a few homes down from both Thames St & the wharf! Walk down our street one way and watch the beautiful sunset over the bay while looking at Fort Adams & Kings Park. In the opposite direction, our home is only steps away from Thames Street. A quiet, family-friendly home that is right in the mix of popular Newport restaurants and shops. Parking for 2 cars included as well as a large private backyard!
