Amazing! Walk to all Oak Bluffs has to offer. 5-10 minutes to harbor, town, beach and restaurants spectacular location! This property offers a private patio along with all the amenities. Beautiful landscaping. It is private and well appointed. 2 flat screen Televisions, wifi, appliances, tile throughout, granite counters, outdoor shower, gas grill and best of all it's all new. This 500 square foot unit will provide you with an excellent home base to explore Oak Bluffs and Martha's Vineyard.

2022 renovation (floors, bathroom, cabinets) The cottage is only 150 yards from a sandy residential beach. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Enjoy a great outdoor shower, grill and deck, wifi, central AC/heat, cable TV, linens, washer/dryer. Additional Beach gear. No host interaction required. Great place to work remotely. Private yard and picnic table with lots of takeout options nearby.
