We provide Roku with subscriptions to Netflix & YouTubeTV, which gives you lots of movies, TV, football, basketball, golf, & screen mirroring. Start the day with a dip in the shared heated pool at this tranquil, landscaped complex, then take a ride on the free Old Town trolley. Relax at your private table and chairs under the covered patio or take a dip in the sparkling heated pool. The crisp white decor is tempered with calming blue accents, while abstract art adds a futuristic edge. A5-minute walk to the heart of Old Town which has some of the best restaurants, museums, bars & shopping. Please check out our other condo! This small (30 condos), quiet condo complex is around a block and a half away from Old Town Scottsdale, among the most vibrant, unique urban downtown centers in the American Southwest. Pedestrian-friendly streets are home to world-class art galleries, fine dining, and nightclubs. Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by. Easy to get around by walking, bike rentals, electric scooters, golf carts, or take the FREE Trolley that runs every 10 minutes throughout Old Town. We are excited to share our condo with you! Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Stay with a local Superhost and get lots of extras! Charming, updated condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Walk to restaurants and bars. Less than 1 mile from Giants Stadium. Local owner-managed to ensure personal service and the highest quality control. This roomy condo features master with king bed, 2nd bedroom with pillow top queen bed, 2 full baths, well stocked kitchen and private patio. Judith's centrally located, charming Tempe house

Home has a heated pool! (If the listing price is less then $200.00 per night during the winter months) the use of the heated pool will have an additional cost. The home is local 6 miles from Sky Harbor airport. The neighborhood is in a relaxed, diverse and family oriented area of Tempe. The heart of Tempe and ASU are minutes away! Also located close to the Anahiem Angels spring training games! Quick acess to several freeways! Lots of restaurants, several malls and movie theaters close by!

The Urban Green House brings farm life to the urban core. We offer fresh eggs from our backyard hens and gardens for guests to enjoy. We also live green-using solar panels, recycling, and composting. Sarah and Ryan live locally and are available to meet any needs that arise. We are located in a quiet and safe 1950s neighborhood, close to local restaurants, coffee shops, Encanto park, direct access to both the I-10 and I-17 freeways, and only 8 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You'll be cozy and secure in a newly remodeled tiny house with many amenities. Many fruit trees are on this property for you to enjoy. Relax and watch the hummingbirds on your patio, work out in the home gym, swim laps in the large play pool, or visit one of several restaurants in walking distance. Large built-in bbq and firepit to use, as well as tv and internet access. Enjoy your morning coffee and waffles on the deck.

2-bedroom suite in North Scottsdale

This two-bedroom, one-bath suite with private entry is close to all Scottsdale has to offer. Enjoy our large backyard with ramada, pool, fire pit, and private grill. Close to great shopping, restaurants, and golf. There is over 750 square feet of living space. Cool off during the hot months in the pool or relax with a game of bocce ball or horse shoes. The space is separated from the remainder of the residence where we have two golden retrievers and a purrfect black cat.

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath townhome in Glendale is near many attractions, shopping and restaurants yet still private and cozy. *Our home has stairs and may not be suitable for small children or people with mobility issues. * The back patio allows guests to enjoy the beautiful winter weather Arizona in privacy.
