Congo Camp House in the forest

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Jocelyn Street Beach House

With beautiful views North along Dalmeny beach and South-East out to Montague Island, this renovated home is the perfect place to bring the family or friends to get away from the busy work schedules and relax. A short walk or ride along the Dalmeny/Narooma bike-path (which passes along the back fence) brings you to the shops and beaches. A perfect base for riding the Narooma MTB trails, space for the boat for keen fishers and featuring a native garden to immerse yourself in and watch the birds.

Magnificent Island View

One of Narooma’s best holiday properties. Stunning ocean and island views from this modern property in the perfect position. Situated close to the patrolled beach, you can hear the surf. Close to the spectacular Golf Course and shopping plaza with Woolworths and cafes. Stroll to the main street to enjoy the shops, cinema, hotels and restaurants. Close to other South Coast attractions including historic townships, wineries, cheese factories, cycling/bush walking tracks and Montague Island Tours.

Superb 2 BR Home on Wallaga Lake near Camel Rock

Relax and enjoy lake views and the sound of native birds in our peaceful and private newly renovated home. A perfect idyllic getaway for family and friends or a couples retreat. The 2 BR home has a fully equipped open plan kitchen with beautiful island bench connecting to the lounge/dining area leading out to the balcony with uninterrupted views of Lake Wallaga. The property’s garden is beautifully maintained with native trees and has direct access to the lake. Yard is not fully fenced

Kitchenet with Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, sink (No stove or cooking in room) BBQ avail. Walking distance to Restaurants, Cycle &Walking path, kayak & boat hire, Swimming ,fishing , World Class Mountain BikeTrails ,Hiking Trails, Whale & Seal watching walk to super market and coffee shops . Covid Vaccinated preferred.

THE STARGAZER Adorable pod with stunning views

Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Yabbarra Sands - Enjoy the beachside lifestyle.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

Tawillah Milton Luxury Retreat for Couples

Tawillah is an exclusive accommodation for one couple with a king size bed. It has commanding views of Milton countryside and the nearby Budawang Ranges. The space features high quality finishes throughout. The generous bathroom has a stone bath, separate double shower and underfloor heating. Outside there is a large deck with sun lounges, fire pit and outdoor shower. This beautiful accommodation is just 2 minutes drive to Milton town and 5 min to Mollymook beach.
