Great house - with space and amenities. You need a car to get around but was really convenient for us visiting family in Glasgow and being able to retreat to somewhere comfortable Much better than a hotel

Stewart was great. We had lost power in the storm and he had two hours notice of our arrival. His home was beautifully kitted out and presented and Stewart was very welcoming and accommodating.

We had an amazing time at East Kelt Farm, the house was very cosy and spacious. Carole was superb and very responsive. The local restaurants (Mango in particular) were superb, as well as many more options within a short driving distance. The farm is peaceful and the surrounding countryside is stunning. It was our first time in Scotland and we fell in love with it so we’ll definitely come back! Thanks for a great stay!

Firstly, Couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and nicer host. Rural scenery but also overlooking nearby East Kilbride, it’s a lovely location: take a right out of the house and 2 minutes drive/5-10 minute walk down the lane leads right into the retail park with a Sainsburys superstore, fast food chains, great clothing shops, etc. Accommodation is cosy, clean and spacious enough for 4 to of us (including two boys aged 8 and 6).

Stayed here for 6 weeks because of an insurance problem at my home and it was a lovely place to be. The area is fine, near a really nice Tollcross park, close to the motorway if you're driving, and some food/coffee places nearby. The communication from Agneszkia was 10/10 with any issues or questions, and they have a lovely labrador called Zara, it made my morning to see her outside in the garden next door when I walked to my car, she's very friendly. The house itself is homely, nice bathroom too and no issues with the bed. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Stefan was very responsive. Perfect place for holiday. Much Recommended. on first day, boiler was not working Stefan compensated us with a free stay. Very friendly.

Amazing host, kids absolutely loved it there! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying or visiting Glasgow.

Well appointed two bedroom,two bathroom apt. Large living room with huge new tv. Kitchen had everything needed. She had coffee and tea for her guests. Bus outside her place directly into center city evert 12-15 minutes. My adult children frequently walked. Samantha was very responsive on messages.

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

David is very friendly. He helped me with my difficulties during my stay here. It was part of my trip to Scotland, but I travel here with very good memories.

Mary was fast to respond to any issues that arose, we were in her property for 2 months and anything which required attention was seen to quickly. the house is in one of the nicest parts of town, I'd generally quiet and comfortable.

Very peaceful location with great views. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with the added bonus of a washing machine! The cottage is dog friendly with great walks locally. David and Elaine are wonderful hosts, we’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

The property was great. we had 1 slight issue but this was immediately rectified by the host. Really attentive. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area

I booked with Katarina for a work trip, and it was perfect for what we needed - very quiet and plenty of parking. Katarina was extremely helpful with my many questions prior to arrival, and when I needed to amend the booking during the stay it was no issue at all. Very proactive and professional, and the last minute changes were very much appreciated. Definitely recommend!

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs , um Schottland zu besuchen. Wir wurden sehr nett von Clare persönlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, um Glasgow, Edinburgh und die Umgebung zu anzusehen. Wir haben uns 5 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Clare’s Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat Charme. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Vielen Dank

I stayed at The Retreat for one wonderful night, I enjoyed the freedom of being able to come and go as I pleased. The host Dags was very helpful and answered my questions both by message and in person. A very lovely lady. The place itself was amazing, very peaceful and had a lovely view. If you are needing a night or two away I would 100% recommend this place, I will definitely be back. Clean, tidy, peaceful and a lovely host. 5⭐️

Lovely chalet in a beautiful peaceful location. It really does feel like a lifetime from anywhere but really close to local towns and train stations! Hosts super friendly and helpful. The leisure’s ’village’ is just lovely and we will definitely be back
