This one of a kind property offers privacy and tranquility as your nearest neighbours are the deer who visit regularly. Close to beaches, water sports, hiking, golfing, swimming, fishing, public boat launches, marinas, xcountry skiing, skating, provincial parks, ATV and snowmobile trails. Well equipped kitchen, bedding, linens, coffee/tea, toiletries are included.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

The Squirrel Away - Hot Tub/Sauna/Sunset Views

Welcome to The Squirrel Away! We have a 3 bedroom cottage on quiet and peaceful Jordan Lake. Suitable for 4 Adults and 3 kids or 6 adults. Cottage has a 6 person hot tub and a separate wood fired sauna at the water for you to enjoy year round. It sits above the lake facing south west for amazing views. It is heated by woodstove for that authentic cottage feel. Wood, x-country skis, snow shoes, and drilled well. There are 3 Kingsdown Queen sized beds with one having a single on top.

Ideal place for couples and families with children of all ages. The home is located on Oak Lake which is a 2 hours and 20 minutes drive from Toronto and 3 hours from Ottawa. We welcome all those who treat the space as their own and looking for some peace and quiet (no parties please). Enjoy your stay!

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat available for your use along with the recommended safety equipment.
