In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

The perfect Champlain Island getaway! Storybook cottage is an enchanting little spot located on “Point of the Tongue” - a narrow strip of land that juts down into Lake Champlain from Canada. Equipped with a 60ft aluminum dock to fulfill your fishing pleasures. Boat launch on premises for small boats (ex: small bass boats). One boat and trailer allowed. Enjoy gorgeous, west facing sunsets most nights on the Adirondack swing or while eating dinner on the spacious deck. Out back enjoy a large area for your recreational desires.

Chill out at this lakefront cottage on three acres right on Lake Champlain. The main level is open concept with kitchen, living, and dining all in one room. All furnishings are fresh and updated. The property has plenty of outdoor places to gather or just relax.
