We had a fantastic stay! Johanna and her husband were extremely friendly, helpful, and graciously hospitable. We felt very welcomed. They were very responsive to a few requests we had and even made up a futon as an extra bed when asked about sleeping arrangements for my family of five. We had a great time roasting s’mores over a campfire by the pond and my son caught his first fish. Great memories! On our next visit to Fairfield, this will be the first rental I will be looking for.

We had to find a place last minute due to some unexpected circumstances, and Lori was incredibly accommodating. We only needed it for one night to fit five of us, and the three-bedroom setup was perfect. She went above and beyond by offering early check-in and late check-out, and even brought us muffins and coffee since she knew we had to hit the road early. The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but it didn’t cause any major issues. All in all, a great stay — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. The place matched the description perfectly and much more spacious than what one usually finds for a single bed/bath apartment. I enjoyed the stay and would return again. For me it was a perfect place to accommodate overflow thanksgiving guests over the holiday.

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! Saverio’s place was just as listed. We needed a place to stop and rest for the evening and his place is just what we needed!

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at George’s. The unit is exactly as described, don’t be deterred by the adherence to the house, it’s completely private. It’s at a great location for north fork explorations and the amount of towels was outstanding!

As always, we love our stay at the cottage. It’s becoming our home away from home when visiting our son. Thanks for all our goodies! Always a great surprise! Have a wonderful Christmas. We’ll see you next year I hope.

Cameron’s place was very clean and true to the photographs. Check in process was contactless and easy. Cameron reached out several times throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. Nice place located in a beautiful secluded house in a safe neighborhood. Gorgeous property. Our dogs were allowed and they were very comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described. Extremely clean and well maintained. The place was easy to locate and easy to access. It is convenient to many local stores and restaurants. Great, responsive hosts!

Robin's cottage is a great little place. It is spacious and has a very comforting feeling. The location is ideal as well, it is nestled in the town of Clinton which affords options to visit neighboring towns and experience all CT has to offer.
