This waterfront home is located in the tropical oasis of Oleander Gardens. Perched 27' on one of the islands most dramatic Bluff, you have private, easy water access from the back yard. cliff jumping & a three minute walk to the community beach. The home has been newly pampered to encompass the island vibes of Eleuthera. Featuring brushed stone flooring, pink sand island counter top & roman walk-in showers. Oleander Gardens is nestled in-between award winning 'The Cove' resort and Gaulding Cay.

Three Little Bird- Pirates Den, 1 Bdrm Main house

Pirates Den is the main house at Three little Birds. It is a spacious layout with full kitchen plus an outdoor kitchen, vaulted living room, office, king bedroom & office plus a laundry room. It's a short walk to the beach & next to Romora Bay Club & Marina offering live music, bar and restaurants and great sunsets. There are two additional semi-detached rear studio suites with their own entrances that can be rented with the house or independently. The crow’s nest temporary not available.

Sky Domek by the Cove

Welcome to our newly-built Sky Domek located on the top of a hill in Oleander Garden near Gregory Town. The minute you drive up you will be amazed by the 180-degree water-views and rolling lands surrounding our house. You can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sea on the back deck and in the evening you can enjoy the breezy shade, a drink and an amazing view of the sunset from the front deck. After an exhausting day at the beach, you can relax in a hammock nestled among the trees.

Jumbay Cottage

Jumbay House is surrounded by views of the ocean, cool breezes, birdsong and blue skies. Decompress in this delightful hilltop home and enjoy Eleuthera's unique natural environment. We have recently installed solar power - so no power cuts! The property comprises a two-bedroom house and garden. It is close to the water, walking distance to Smuggler's Beach and a 3 minute drive to Rainbow Bay Beach. There is a one-bedroom apartment behind the house which can be rented separately.

Charming 1BR Ground Floor Cottage Apartment

Peach House is comprised of an upstairs and downstairs apartment, both of which have a bright and sunny, open-plan living and dining area. Both apartments are fully air-conditioned and include free Wi-Fi Internet, TVs with Firestick streaming, well appointed kitchens and washer/dryers. This cottage is very centrally located at the top of the hill in Governors Harbour, and is part of the distinguished Governors Harbour Collection group of properties, on Eleuthera.
