Lovely 2 bed flat by the beach, private parking!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Only 100m walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to city centre Union Street, this cosy apartment is perfect for a city break. Ideally located right next to codonas amusement park and the beach boulevard retail park where you can get everything you need. And a short walk till you get to the city centre you really do have everything on your door step. The flat is in a purpose built block with barrier entrance and its own parking space

Very central flat with 2 double bedrooms and WiFi

Cosy 2 bedroom city centre flat with WiFi, on the first and second floor of a high rise block. Located opposite NESCOL, it is close to Lidl, Morrisons and the Bon Accord Centre, a short walk to Union Street and about half a mile from the University of Aberdeen. Bedrooms are light and roomy. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan TV lounge and seating area and a balcony to the front. Great location for visiting the town centre with regular bus services to Union Square, the airport and TECA/P&J Live.

Luxurious award winning city centre apartment.

Spire View is located in the heart of the Granite City just off Union St. A two bedroom open plan luxury apartment, spacious and contemporary in design, the property has been artistically decorated and finished to the highest of standards. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms each with king size bed and one with en-suite. The modern kitchen boasts a wine cooler, built in dishwasher and microwave as well as boiling water tap for your convenience. You don't want to miss the opportunity to stay here!
