Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

The Little House

Our Little House has open plan living and bed area with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A number of stairs lead up to a small patio where the unit is located. Plenty of space to park vehicle/trailer/boat. It is located on our mango farm and is above our mango packing area. All water used is rainwater. plenty of birdlife and gardens to enjoy. If not cloudy the night sky is amazing. Guests will be warmly welcomed and left to relax and enjoy the space. A tour of farm can be done too.

Large indoor and outdoor spaces, pool table, pool and lawn with scattered trees to a very private beach (minimal people) in front of house. The beautiful outdoor setting has an open firepit and BBQ (firewood supplied). Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. There is a direct pathway from the property to the ocean. 4WD access is possible from Rules Beach Road (just a few hundred metres away). Note that this property does NOT allow pets at any time.
