Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Beautiful farm cottage apartment, built around 1900, which has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. It is bright and airy, located on the first floor and has private access via external stairs to the rear of the property. Situated within the conservation area, in the heart of the charming coastal village of Gullane. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 2-minute walk from quality restaurants, cafes and other amenities. There is free street parking by the apartment.

The Puffin Burrow, North Berwick Beachside

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

My apartment is at the west end of the High Street of North Berwick. It is a spacious first and second floor property with the ground floor being The Herringbone, a restaurant/bar . All the shops,bars and restaurants are seconds away. The train station and the North Berwick West Links Golf Club are both a 5 minute walk away and you can be on the beach in less than a minute!. Beautiful one bedroom flat in Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside town. Ideally located for a relaxed stay and long walks on the beach, Nicola and I have lived here for 10 years and think it’s the perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. Only a short bus or taxi ride into the heart of the city, Portobello is the best of both worlds. To get to the beach just walk under the bridge and straight down Brighton Place and Bath street. It’s a 7 min walk.
