Carmen ha sido una anfitriona estupenda. Nos ha encantado la casa, tenía muchos detalles y nos acogió dedicando mucho tiempo en explicarnos la casa, los alrededores y recomendaciones de la ciudad. La casa nos ha encantado y hemos estado muy a gusto.

Nous avons passé 4 jours tres agréables dans ce super appartement. Belle terrasse avec une vue superbe, 3 chambres, bien chauffé. Nous étions très à l’aise, comme à la maison. A 5 min des pistes. Nous reviendrons tres vite avec grand plaisir.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, modern en ruim, maar toch heel gezellig en romantisch. Prettig bed van 160x200cm. Stevig matras. Wij zijn lange mensen van 1.80m en 1.96m en sliepen goed. Het is heel stil in de omgeving en de slaapkamer. De buitenruimtes zijn prettig, er is altijd een plek te vinden in de zon, of juist in de schaduw, of uit de wind. Het was twee dagen koud, 12 graden, toen hebben wij de open haard gebruikt, ook comfortabel. De douche en warm water is goed. Wasmachine goed. De keuken is erg compleet, er is meer servies en benodigdheden dan ik thuis heb. Je zou uitgebreid kunnen koken en zelfs een taart kunnen bakken. Het is een heel rustige omgeving. In Sitia zijn meerdere erg goede restaurants. Er zijn weinig bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, maar wij houden van natuur, wandelen en rust. Andere leuke dorpen zijn minimaal 1,5-2,5 uur rijden vanwege de berg wegen. Zowel de eigenaar als verhuurder waren vriendelijk en reageerden snel op vragen.

Antonio es un anfitrión de 10, muy atento, agradable y muy servicial. La casa es amplia, perfecta para grupos y familias numerosas.

The house is in a great location in a quiet village. It is an ideal place to get quiet from the city's noise. A stone house from an earlier era that has, of course, been renovated but at the same time has kept the character of an old village house. Mr. Frantzeskakis was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all! Until we meet again!

Had a great stay in Kakopetria! The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The place was clean and comfortable, and overall a really nice experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wir haben uns im Ziegenhaus sehr wohlgefühlt! Es liegt abgelegen, ist aber ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Das kleine Haus bietet genug Platz für zwei Personen. Vom Esstisch aus hat man einen spektakulären Blick auf die Umgebung, und vom Bett schaut man in den kleinen Garten. Besonders praktisch: Man kann mit dem Auto direkt vors Haus fahren – ideal nach Ausflügen oder dem Einkaufen. Wir waren Ende März dort, bei moderaten Temperaturen – im Haus war es weder zu warm noch zu kalt. Edda und die anderen Gastgeber:innen waren jederzeit erreichbar und beantworteten alle Fragen – danke dafür! Wer Ruhe abseits des Massentourismus sucht, ist hier richtig. Es gibt noch ein weiteres Haus auf dem Gelände, die Privatsphäre durch den Abstand und die getrennten Terrassen bleibt aber gewahrt. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir alleine und genossen abends die absolute Ruhe und einen tollen Sternenhimmel. Sollten wir wieder nach Lanzarote reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder <3

Zakaria was absolutely wonderful. He was very responsive and offered help whenever needed. He had great local recommendations and overall a great host. Thank you for a wonderful stay Zakaria!

Quiet-spoken, kind & courteous Badr was immediately responsive. His place is located a 5 minute walk from the beach, a 15 minute walk to the fascinating port and beautiful Medina, a 3 minute walk from bakeries, so well located. The large & well-stocked Carrefour grocery store is 5 minutes by car. Lots of street parking in front of the building & we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Badr's place is spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed and relatively quiet (until the meuzzin calls the faithful to prayer). WIFI worked, as did Netflix, but the satellite TV signal was weak, not that we minded. Water pressure in the shower was OK; note that the WC is a wet room (floor squeegee provided), & small kitchen has all you need. We enjoyed our stay, especially the additional space of Badr's place over a hotel room! Many thanks for a hospitable stay in the lovely Essaouira!

It was exactly what we signed up for. The chalet has a very good divison of bathrooms and bedrooms for a family of 6. The terrace is a plus for the kids to play in the snow during winter. All needed amenities were included and the janitor was very responsive to our needs. I would go back again.

This villa is absolutely beautiful and incredibly cozy—perfect for a couple or a small family. The space is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Every corner has its own unique charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the house. The view is nothing short of breathtaking—like something out of a dream. It’s peaceful, serene, and truly unforgettable. The surrounding area is quiet and feels very safe, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa is slightly tucked away, offering a sense of privacy and seclusion from others, which makes the stay even more peaceful and intimate. Service is excellent. Breakfast is served in the most adorable way, adding a lovely touch to the mornings. I couldn’t recommend this villa more—it’s a hidden gem. I would absolutely return again.

Maison et vue magnifiques Lieu très calme, où on peut faire du tennis, paddle, golf Mikael est très sympathique, et généreux. Nous espérons revenir une autre année!

Fantastic stay, please note for future travel, address copied from clipboard is different to the actual address so be aware when marking into maps for navigation. Lovely villa, secure and peaceful. Large, tidy, clean space, beautiful bedrooms and communal area with great balcony. 25 -30 min drive from city centre. Best cappuccino I ever had from a place called cappuccino not far from centre. Maryam was a great responder, late at night, early in morning and has great connections / referrals. Great weekend

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Taner was always very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, right from before booking to after our stay. He was there to meet us on arrival and showed us around his wonderful villa. For us as a family of 3 adults it was the perfect location. We are regular visitors to Turkey so specifically wanted this area. We would definitely stay here again.

Der Kontakt war super , auch vor Ort wurden wir freundlich empfangen und es war immer jemand erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in einer guten Ecke. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht nutzen können , das Wasser war viel zu kalt , dies wurde uns jedoch im voraus schon gesagt , denke im Sommer ist der Pool perfekt. Das Highlight war für uns der wunderschöne Garten , er lädt zum verweilen ein. Es gibt genug Platz und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung , das einzige was wir bemängeln würden ist die Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Küche , einige Dinge haben uns gefehlt wie ein Wasserkocher oder Toaster. Das sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten und wir würden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.

If I could give more than 5 to the place and the host I would! Although we caught a late ferry, which was even an hour late, Kostas met us at the port and came with us to show us the house. The pictures in airbnb dont do it justice- it was wonderful and authentic! It is surrounded by the most amazing gardens and it has a small private beach a few meters away. Overall a magical place! ❤️
