Everything on top story is for you only and not shared. Host lives downstairs. Your Kitchen: fridge, electric hot plates and small oven, induction cook-top, large electric frypan, slow cooker, toasted-sandwich maker, rice cooker, blender, microwave. All cutlery, crockery, pantry. No dishwasher. Full bathroom, bidet toilet upstairs. Half-way between Brisbane & Gold Coast, 35min to Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk, 20min to theme parks, wineries, golf courses. Front garden pergola guests only.

Enjoy total privacy in a semi-self contained guest suite with your own private entry, bathroom, toilet and kitchenette. 2 minute walk to the bus stop which provides easy access to the city or anywhere else in Brisbane. Bus access to train network. 10 mins walk to Forest Lake Shopping Centre. Easy access to Logan, M1, Gateway and Ipswich Motorways (45 mins drive to the Gold Coast, 1.5 hours drive to the Sunshine Coast, 30 mins to Ipswich).

Sanctuary Place is only a five minute walk to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. We are just 10 kilometres from the CBD with bus transport nearby. Indooroopilly Shoppingtown is under 10 minutes drive. . You’ll love our place because the accommodation is modern and clean with all the comforts. This is a quiet and safe area but to ensure you feel comfortable we have installed high quality security screens all round because we want you to sleep soundly in the quality bed that has been provided.

Big enough for the whole family with enough space for everyone. This beautiful newly built premium townhouse has 3 bedrooms, an office nook, a little garden and a single garage. It has an ensuite and a bathroom and great living area that breaks out into the outdoor space. Premium finishes and excellent kitchen facilities - this is the perfect home away from home. Carbrook Cottage is a brand new residence and the owners have thoroughly enjoyed landscaping and setting up the cottage with the comforts of home.
