Backyard has swings, trampoline, pergola with black stone griddle and seating area with firepit. Corn hole set. NO PARTIES or EVENTS ALLOWED. NO EXCESS GARBAGE. Use only house curve and driveway for parking.

Campus retreat 4 blocks to OU and downtown.

Unique private guest suite comprising the entire 950 sq. ft. of the whole upstairs of the home with its own private entrance. Come and go as you please. The suite features a full kitchen, a bath with a shower and separate tub, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony. There is an area off the dining area with a double daybed which can be sealed off with the sliding closet doors. The suite features your own central heat and air units.
