Quiet and bright attic apartment

Our top-floor apartment is bright, cozy, and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room with its comfy sofa and plants is perfect for winding down, and the big dining table works well for meals or even working a bit. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, plus a washing machine. Thanks to the skylights, the place is full of natural light. It’s a quiet spot, yet still close to everything – great if you want to explore the city and have a calm place to return to.

Lovingly renovated, high-quality; fully equipped cottage (ca. 85m² on 2 levels): Ground floor: Entrance into the winter garden with panoramic view over the terrace to Naumburg, which is also dining / lounge, kitchen, bathroom with tub and wellness shower, bedroom with double bed and possibly child's bed (on-site). The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

This unique loft beneath the roof of a historic house is a place to arrive, relax, and unwind. Instead of a standard hotel atmosphere, you will find character: original wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, a home cinema, and plenty of peace and quiet. Enjoy a movie on the big screen, a glass of wine, or the barbecue area in the green courtyard. Bicycles can be stored safely on the property. IDT Biologika is only 3.5 km away. Pickup from the train station is often possible by prior arrangement.

Du suchst Kultur, Trubel, Shopping oder Ruhe und Erholung, ein Waldgebiet lädt zum Wandern oder Radfahren ein, Kinos in der Leipziger City,Saune, Badeseen, Bowlingbahn, Fitnesscenter in der Nähe, Freizeitpark Belantis mit dem Rad erreichbar.

Charmante Dachgeschosswohnung, zentrumsnah

Eine kleine (45m2), charmante und zentral gelegene Dachgeschosswohnung im leipziger Osten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Cafes, Kneipen und Parks sind direkt um die Ecke. Man kann hier gemütlich zu zweit residieren, aber im Zweifel auch das Sofa (110x200cm) und eine Matratze ausklappen (80x200cm). Ein kleiner Geschirrspüler ist in der Küche, also keinen Stress mit Abwasch. Es gibt in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer Außenrollos, ist dann stockfinster zum Schlafen. Im Zweifel fragt einfach an :)

Liebe Gäste. Das hier ist eine bewohnte Wohnung die wir euch, wenn es passt, gerne zur Verfügung stellen! Unsere Altbauwohnung liegt im Waldstraßenviertel in der Nähe des Stadions. Trotzdem habt ihr hier herrliche Ruhe, gerade auf dem Balkon mit Südausrichtung zum Hinterhof. Die Wohnung hat alles, was das herz begehrt. Fugenloses Badezimmer mit walk-in Dusche. Ein großes geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Küche mit allen Utensilien und feinstem Café! Schlafzimmer mit Fenster in den Innenhof.

Spacious 2-room old apartment in the young, multicultural scene district in the east of the city. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.
