This house is 100 meter from a lake where you can swim and you have your private sauna directly by the lake. 1 km from the house to the opposite site, you can find the ocean with a beach. The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. Lovely boathouse right by and at the sea in a small archipelago village (Skatan). Convenient features such as washing machine, flat screen TV, WiFi and sauna will ensure your stay to be comfortable. The livingroom has a generous table for 10-12 people. The house also has a floor heating system and a fire place. With the nature around the corner there is always something to do. Skiing, skating, golf, fishing, dinners, baths etc. There is a wonderful restaurant in Skatan (open spring/summer).
