Super logement .. une petite maison de campagne en ville Pour les activités autour du logement il y a le métro, et le point de rencontres grab taxi est au 7/11 à 50 m du logement Je recommande ☺️

I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

The pros: 1- Beautiful place and even more than the provided pictures 2- Very quiet area secluded from the busty life of Bangkok (but only 15-25 minutes drive) 3- Very clean and spacious space. 4- Host was very fast to respond to all inquiries and handing spare keys to the place as we were a group. 5- The WiFi is very fast The cons: 1- Going up the stairs could prove troublesome for people with heavy luggage. 2- The bathrooms on the 1st and 2 floor had no ventilation systems, unlike the one on the ground floor. 3- If you’re renting a car, or using “Grab”, each time you have to use the highway you’ll be paying a very small fee (I believe around 100 Bahts). It’s not much if you’re staying for a short period of time, but a longer stay could ramp up the number. 4- The area is extremely quiet at night. It’s perfect for myself, but perhaps not as much for others. Overall, this is a perfect quiet place for a group of people ( All 4 rooms are double beds). I’d recommend it for such groups

入住不是很方便，便利店也有段距离。但是房间特别干净！温馨！有当地特色！

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Königspalast, Wat Pho oder die Khaosan Road gut zu Fuß. Handtücher, Wasser und Snacks wurden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt und die Zimmer bieten genug Platz, sodass die Unterkunft perfekt für Gruppen bis 7 Personen ist.

The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is great for my business trip. Mim had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. Thanks Mitt huas crews for a wonderful trip! We will be back.

A melhor estadia que tivemos em Bangkok! Familia super acolhedora, me senti realmente em casa. A casa é muito grande e tem uma cozinha maravilhosa, tem máquina de lavar e de secar, o quarto é gigante e o banheiro idem. Mas a cereja do bolo é realmente a interação com Kalaya, Tom e sua família, eles são nota mil. Obrigado por toda atenção e carinho que tiveram conosco, esperamos voltar um dia!

it is such a good place

The place feels like home. Always warm welcome and friendly, like visiting family. Feels like visiting uncle and auntie place. Stayed here for a while and this is my second stay. Host is always ready to help out with all your needs and wishes. They even share food with you and invite you to their donner parties. The room is being cleaned and refreshed very often. There is fast internet in the whole building which is ideal because we travel and work. Definitely recommend this place and definitely will come back here to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Good communication with host and clear instructions made it easy to get to and get in. The place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly with plenty of places to get food nearby. Very comfortable for a family with 6 kids. Easy access to MRT and our airport shuttle with Grab had no trouble finding it to pick us up. Very clear policy with flexible check-in/out times that worked well for us. We had a short stay and got food nearby, so we didn't use any of the kitchen items except the fridge, which was great for the few items we needed it for.

The host was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly supportive.

非常棒的小别墅，干净整洁，居住舒适。地理位置优越，离bts很近，附近很多当地小吃。和房东的沟通也很顺畅，总的来说适合一家人出行居住。

The house four floors and multiple rooms to sleep in and it quite place and peaceful.

지진 때문에 급하게 숙소를 예약하고 이용했는데, 너무 친절하시고, 저희 상황도 배려해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다😭✨ 방도 많고, 침구류, 넉넉한 생필품까지 😖 다음에 방콕 가게되면 무조건 다시 예약 할 것 입니다! :)

It was a pleasant and homely stay. Host was extremely meticulous about every details of the house. We didn’t really feel short of anything. Everything’s accessible around the area. Thanks for the thoughtful hospitality. (Secretly hoping I could get a better single bed, but nothing major).

Home is beautiful, exactly the way the photos look. Just a little bit smaller than expected but still perfectly fitted our group of 13. Pool was maintained good and was perfect for the hot weather. Meimei was a quick responder! We had a great time.

This place is accessible. Very near from pratanum market, platinum fashion mall and central world bangkok. The host was also very kind, responded quickly, and our accommodation was well-organized. Oh my god. I left my heart in bangkok. And i want to go back again.

房东非常nice～我和我们家人入住，还给我们准备了泡面等小吃。有什么小问题住旁边的邻居会过来帮忙！房东也会及时回复！我们离开的第二天缅甸地震，曼谷也被影响，房东还非常关心我们给我发讯息！还有一件事情是我把鞋子忘记拿了，房东帮我保存好，后面我又回去拿！入住非常棒的体验，像家人一样，谢谢！

Really a great place if you’re with a big group
