Exceptional accommodation and service

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

We really enjoyed our stay here and could have easily stayed longer if we didn’t have other commitments. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when needed. The Canal Home is perfect if you are looking for a more local experience on the canals of Bangkok. It is suitably spacious, comfortable and has a beautiful deck over the water. The house is situated directly across the canal from a dazzling Buddhist temple. There is a small long-tail boat you can use to explore the canals. Proper good fun! The house is north of downtown in the Nonthaburi area. It’s easy enough to get a Grab taxi to the Chao Phraya River and the ferry to down town. Highly recommended!

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

nice affordable place

I went to see the concert. It was super close to Impact Arena. I drove; it only took a few minutes. The host was awesome, so helpful! I'd totally stay there again.

酒店乾淨，簡簡單單，好近Saphan Khwai BTS站，出入好方便，一個站就 Chatuchak Weekend Market，一行出街口已經有7-11，大型big c，附近有好多餐廳，按摩店 ，酒店價格平，性價比高👍👍

We stayed for a couple weeks and it was perfect for that length of time. It’s further away from city centre so if you’re planning for a shorter stay I wouldn’t recommend but it’s perfectly peaceful and taxis are easy to book. The place was very comfortable, private and host was responsive. Would definitely recommend!

My siblings and I had our first trip together and we are so happy to have found a beautiful place as this. The amenities were up to mark, the host was extremely responsive and helpful (he sent a list of things we can do on the first day) He extended our check out time aswell and there were no additional services charges unlike most places that surprisingly charge us in the end. Would 100% recommend and will def book again!

I stayed at Nite's condo for a week, and it was a lovely experience. The room is spacious and comfortable and there is a washer on the balcony, a nice kitchenette, and all is very clean. In addition, there is a little shop on the ground floor for essentials and it is a 20 THB motorbike taxi ride to Lotus or Big C nearby. Could not be happier with my stay and hope to visit again.

The space is nice and Noppada was a great host. The location was a bit far from many of the places I wanted to visit, but was within walking distance of a subway station so not a big problem. The neighborhood was peaceful and had many great restaurants and food stalls. Overall a great time. Would reccomend.

its a very quiet and peaceful area with several local restaurants. Accessible go public transpo just a few mins walk and its also near to a mall. i recommend this to someone to wants to cook too. i highly recommend pete and his listings here, he's such a responsive and helpful host 😊 i enjoyed staying in bangkok🙏

The best location for me since I don’t like squeezing through crowds of tourists in the city center. It has everything you need for long-term living: a hypermarket, supermarkets, local markets and restaurants, laundromats, easy access to the metro, and taxis. The apartment is clean, cozy, and has an incredibly soft bed! I just wish there was some local lighting, like a bedside lamp, but that’s just a personal preference. One note: if you’re prone to anxiety or depression, be mindful when choosing a place without windows and natural light for a long stay. Thank you, A and Yanin for your hospitality! And please, be kind to our little gecko friends— the pink one is Marangoni, the yellow one is Valentino. We’ll miss them a lot! 😂

Importante destacar que após a reserva, é necessário o pagamento de 150 bahts por diária como taxa pela água, internet e luz, e isso poderia ficar mais claro no anúncio. De qualquer forma, a acomodação é excelente, próximo do metrô e de 7-eleven, e a Jeenie é super prestativa. Valeu a pena e espero voltar em breve!

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Wanlop ist extrem freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht, im Ergeschoss befindet sich ein 7 11 und direkt neben dem Gebäude ist ein Food Market. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Stayed here for 7 weeks. Nice place. Place is small and simple (condo room) but has everything you need for a nice stay. Condo facility is quite new so it’s a really nice place. Nice pool, gym and Co-working space to grab your laptop and do some work. Surrounding area is still developing so you definitely get a very local Thai feel. Very busy main road just outside which can feel daunting to cross, but you get used to it. Security guards are always around to salute as you leave. Mall right across the road with everything you need too! Solid stay.

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

Benny was outstanding and very helpful. The pool which I used twice during my 5 days was great. Great views especially at night. I used the kitchen everything fine there. Air Con strong. Room nicely decorated but room to do some work on laptop and convivence stores and 7-11 across the street. Overall, very nice stay in a Thai part of Bangkok next to River. Purple line to go to downtown like ICONSIAM shopping center and see some fantastic shops and sites downtown. Or just refer to the board on the wall in your room that Benny has showing top Bangkok events and how to go. I have a very nice stay and would stay here again. Great service, clean safe place larger than I thought and great views good amenities.

Everything was excellent. The place is just like in the photos: clean, comfortable, and well-located. amenities of the condo are great and spacious. Communication with the host was quick and clear. Definitely a good place to stay. Highly recommended!
