Nestled amidst ancient rainforest, offering views of the Pacific Ocean. These contemporary three-level cabins provide a unique combination of an oceanfront getaway and a serene rainforest retreat. Each floor of these cabins features a private deck, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a fireplace, a living area, and a dining area. Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Welcome to your lakefront oasis in Youbou, British Columbia. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Have fun, but no parties, and please choose another spot if you are unwilling to be considerate of our wonderful neighbors.

A stay at the Granary comes with a tour of the Keating farm if you choose! Our guests have loved learning about the history and future of the farm. The cabin is designed for a cozy place to unwind, relax and be your Cowichan home base. Featuring a wood burning fireplace, classic claw foot tub, comfortable linens and of course an expansive private deck with field views- the perfect place to cozy up and enjoy your local coffee in the morning or local glass of wine after a day on the town.

The Boat Yard

This custom mid-century style home (an original Jordan River residence) is tucked in amongst 2 acres of rainforest and beautifully landscaped food gardens. Our unique Westcoast hideaway features wrap-around decks for sun all day, a woodstove, radiant floor heating, and a covered bar for hosting. A short walk down our private trail will have you at the ocean for breathtaking sunsets. We are walking distance to K2 beach, China Beach, and Jordan River beach (with the Cold shoulder cafe).

Tinyhouse-Cabin w/ Sauna & Jacuzzi

See the ocean sights then come home and enjoy the sunshine and views from your deck. Explore your yard which includes a cedar keg sauna and a jacuzzi surrounded by palm and bamboo trees. Breathe the fresh air as it rolls in off the great Pacific Ocean. The combination of modern and earthy architecture relaxes the shoulders and allows the mind to clear. Tranquility surrounds you. This unique tiny house is cozy, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. A memorable place to call home!

The Surf- Ocean Front-By the Beach- Outdoor Bath

Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Ferngully Cabins: Redwood Cabin

Fern Gully is a tranquil nature retreat for many to enjoy. The cabins overlook a beautiful lush creek. It is a very private property with no Wifi. We encourage guests to unplug and enjoy the quiet of BC's beautiful west coast. Minutes from the cabins lie many beaches and hikes. Private outdoor shower & firepit.
