💋Easy walk to Broadway-NASHVEGAS Upscale APT+pool

Our 1st luxury apt in the Burnham building. I had so much fun designing this one with the assistance of my amazing designer friend. PERFECT location to get the FULL Nashville experience! Walking distance to all attractions. Enjoy the GORGEOUS pool by day & fire pit at night, plus a gym! Broadway (Honky Tonks & Live Music), Bridgestone, Nissan Stadium, The Music City Center, Ryman Auditorium, The Convention Center, Honky-Tonks, Printer's Alley, Ole Smoky Moonshine & more.

Fantastic Hip Apartment In Great Neighborhood!

Located in one of Nashville's hottest neighborhoods this funky and charming apartment is the main floor of the house. Short walk to fabulous Five Points East Nashville where you'll find some of the best restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and happenings Nashville has to offer. Around the corner from groceries, coffee shops and more stores and restaurants. 10 min from airport and 5 min from downtown. Great spot for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Riverfront Condos is a unique complex located downtown along the Cumberland River with excellent views of the river and the downtown skyline! Perfect location for out of town guests on vacation or for locals to enjoy the "downtown" experience with ease! Excellent for folks in town or business as well with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars near by. Swimming pool, free parking, outside grill, firepit, gym & laundry access for all guests!
