Un logement charmant ! Situé dans un village proche de la plage et du site de Knidos mais en hauteur. Logement très très agréable, il y a tout pour y être bien et du charme en particulier ! Vivement conseillé ! Duygu est une personne très réactive et pleine de bons conseils qui possède un hôtel restaurant dans le village d'à côté... Le restaurant Tulu en question, ne mérite pas le détour, mais juste en face le resto familial Olimera mérite vraiment d'aller y manger ! Bravo Dyugu. C'est un sans faute !!

Beautiful view of sea and island, amazing sunset view, appreciated quiet and silence really appreciated.

This is an extremely beautiful and authentic local stone house but with a renovated comfortable interior. The view to the sea the harbour and other islands is stunning. It’s very private you see nobody in any direction. The kitchen extremely well fitted. Marianna was sweet helpful and responsive. We even had cleaning while staying which was great. The beds comfortable and clean linens. Nisyros is a wonderful simple island in the good sense bery good food and local goat cheeses. Not run over by tourism. The path to the house is a little bit challenging but with we loved it. Totally worth the great privacy. And there’s an amazing outdoor shower.

It was the second long-term stay, this time for two months...everything was perfect again. Thomas, as always, immediately available for any concerns. Enough has been written about the house by other guests .... simply a brilliant place to stay on the island to have a good time. Thanks again Thomas. See you next time

Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt zu Mikaelis gehabt. Check-In war herzlich und freundlich. Es standen Wasser, Obst und eine Flasche Rotwein bereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, nett eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Lage ist super! Wohnung liegt unterhalb des Wohnhauses der Familie nach hinten raus. Man fühlt sich zu keiner Zeit beobachtet. Von der Terrasse aus schaut man auf die eigenen Oliven- und Zitrusbäume. Im Hintergrund ragt das Gebirge mit dem Mount Díkeos hervor! Zum Abschied gab es freundlicher Weise eine Flasche Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau. Wir hatten das Glück und konnten bis abends kurz von unserem Abflug in der Wohnung bleiben. Würden immer wieder hierher kommen. Haben uns direkt willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank hierfür nochmal an die Gastgeber.

The house is just as you see from the pictures. We particularly liked the fact that is a detached house, in an olive garden, very peaceful (and safe). The host has been able to accommodate a last minute change, driven by unforeseable circumstances, and has dealt with the matter extremely professionally. The location is ideal for exploring various beaches in Kos, with access to both the north shores as well as the south-facing beaches in the Kefalos area.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön direkt am Strand, über einem Restaurant. Sie ist gemütlich und sympathisch eingerichtet, mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer (schönste Sonnenuntergänge!). Der Platz für vier Personen ist ausreichend. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gute griechische Küche, und alle Angestellten sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der Lage über dem Restaurant ist es sehr ruhig. Für ein bisschen all-inclusive Feeling gibt es im Hotel nebenan die Möglichkeit Tageseintritte zu kaufen. Der Sandstrand ist schön und ideal für Spaziergänge. Der Abschnitt vor der Wohnung war ruhig, nie überfüllt, und es gab immer freie Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass es nur im Wohnzimmer und im großen Zimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt. Mit Ventilatoren war es aber auch in den kleinen Zimmern ok. Wir empfehlen Auto oder Roller zu mieten, um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Host ist super freundlich, proaktiv, unkompliziert und immer gut erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

The most beautiful village house in Emporeios. We had such a great stay, I just wished we could have stayed a month! The house is beautifully and lovingly renovated, the view from the terrace is amazing. As the last house in the village you feel as though you are really living on the mountain. Our young children loved the house and Emporios. We ate nearly every evening at the tiny but amazing taverna run by Triantafyllos’ brother, and only had a short walk home to bed once we were full of really good Greek village food. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return another day.

Ich war etwas länger als 1 Woche auf Kos bei Giorgos. Es war in einem Wort: perfekt. Vom ersten Moment an, habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Giorgios hat mir sehr dabei geholfen die Unterkunft zu kommen (vor allen zu dieser Uhrzeit). Es war einfach alles vorhanden was man brauch für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und aus dem Pool sind einzigartig schön. Auch wenn ich Mitte Oktober hier war, konnte man noch in den Pool gehen, auch wenn man merkte, wie er fast täglich etwas kälter wurde. Aber es ist Mitte Oktober, das ist zu erwarten. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit mit vielen schönen Eindrücken.

Il soggiorno in Villa da Alexander è stato perfetto! La villa corrisponde alla foto, anzi è molto meglio dal vivo, la struttura è fornita di tutto cioè che potreste pensare di aver bisogno, è incredibile. La zona è ben riservata e controllata, inoltre è in un punto sopra elevato dove si vedono albe e tramonti da sogno. Infine, Alexander è un host perfetto, spiega tutto nei minimi dettagli, ci ha consigliato posti di mare e ristoranti, a volte prenotando anche per noi. Spero prima o poi di ritornarci! Villa e Host super consigliato!!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich etwas Besonderes. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt – nicht zuletzt dank des herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebers. Die Unterkunft selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: stilvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und mit einer Aussicht, die man so schnell nicht vergisst. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Wir wären am liebsten geblieben – es hat sich fast wie ein zweites Zuhause angefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung!

We had a terrific stay. Beautiful home and surrounding gardens and amenities. Perfect Location. Host was great and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!

As a group of five adults, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dean's fabulous airbnb. The view is sensational. We loved the outdoor kitchen, dining, lounge area and pool. Dean arranged for Marianne to meet us at the port. Marianne had organised a car for us and we followed her to the house. It is a terrific place if you want a peaceful, relaxed time in Nisyros. Thank you Dean, we loved it.

This place was genuinely so so beautiful wish I could go back. First the service was good friendly and responsive, the host and owners were always there to help. And then the villa is GORGEOUS exactly like the pictures but even better, it was squeaky clean, not a single bit of dirt when we got inside, got given so many towels and slippers, such good hospitality, the location was nice and peaceful and private and the place is very big especially the outside. It is like a 10-15 drive from beaches and restaurant, just not walkable. Everything was literally perfect. Not a single complaint. Thank you Alkis!!!!

Hvis du går 200 meter kan du bade i havet, perfekt sted med udsigt over havnen og de mange færger, sejlbåde meget store, og alm. sejlbåde. Der er masser af liv. Alt inden for rækkevidde købmand, spisesteder, cafeer osv

The house consists of three autonomous rooms (bedroom with WC/shower) making it ideal for bigger companies. Well preserved traditional building with nice balcony view, placed in the peaceful and picturesque alleys of Nikia.

we had a lovely stay, well located near kardamina just a few minutes walk from the best part of the beach and not far from the town either. If you have car you are also well located on the island to get anywhere within about 30 minutes so great for exploring.

We had a wonderful stay at Kamara! Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The space was really clean, comfortable and a great haven. All the host instructions were helpful to have ahead of time, and we loved having this as a base to explore the island. Great bar just 5m away, and one of the best restaurants 20m away. Really wonderful and picturesque stay on one of our favorite islands.
