Ivan’s family farm is a cluster of beautiful stone cottages set amongst fruit trees with BBQs, pools & terraces to enjoy. I’m sure amazing in the summer but not as useable during our late October stay unfortunately. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains & very close to a number of vineyards. The cottage we had was large & spacious with everything we needed. Ivan is great host. Quick to respond, helpful with advice & recommendations. He met us so we could follow him in our hire car to the property & also supported by printing our boarding passes that we read we needed for Podgorica airport rather than digital (which wasn’t true for information). Great & peaceful last two days to our three week tour in the Balkans. Thanks Ivan!! 😊

For me it was perfect staying in this Airbnb! It’s a beautiful old house with a great location. Very natural and authentic. The view from the terrace is super beautiful and the oven made it cozy in the evening. The friendly host made sure I have everything I need.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

What can I say, everything was amazing. Best guest with delicious home-cooked food and self-made liquor. I can't understand a word they are saying but I felt they are treating us like their nephew and niece. The room was tidy and comes with a warm fireplace. You can't take a shower, but there is drinkable tap water in the room. There is no electricity in the room itself, but you can easily charge your devices in the hosts' place. There is a gaslight in the room, but bringing a small charged light will make your stay much comfyer. Apart from minor inconveniences (part of the experience), you get an unforgettable view. I had never seen so many stars at the same time in my life. P.S.: We met a guy driving 2 hrs of winding road just to deliver 2 pack of beer that he put to sell in this place. Ture businessman.

A beautiful location, this house has everything you need for a lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and even gave us grapes and figs from their land which were delicious. You also have access to bikes which is great! The house sits on a large garden which you can walk around and take in the views. The house was nice a cool in the hot summer weather. The hosts were available for any questions we had about the local area and site-seeing etc. We highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

L’appartement est très agréable. Il est tout près du bord de l’eau dans le quartier de Dobrota. De la terrasse on voit passer les paquebots de croisière. Il y a de nombreux bars et restaurants très agréables autour ainsi qu’une supérette. La vieille ville de Kotor est accessible à pied à 15 mns.

The photos don’t do this apartment justice. It’s a great studio apartment with a beautiful balcony with amazing views. We had 2 nights here and loved it. Was a little tricky to find because our Europe phone tariff didn’t cover Montenegro but a friendly local called Kristina and all was well 👍🏼

Excellent séjour à Kotor! Super logement, fidèle aux photos. Bon emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville et profiter des environs. On entend bien l’horloge de la vile sonner les heures et annoncer l’heure du réveil à 7ham. Si jamais ça vous indispose, moi j’ai adoré, ça faisait partie de l’expérience vieille ville. La terrasse donne un bon point de vue. Attention pour les gens à mobilité réduite, ce n’est pas facile de monter jusqu’au logement, plusieurs marches inégales. Un bon workout en prime!

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the apartment was perfect. Would love to stay again!
