Welcome to Berry House in Nikiti, a cosy, recently renovated small house with a big garden, free parking space inside the property, a wooden kiosk with a barbeque setup and an outside shower. Located within a 5 minute walk from the beach and local Beach Bars, a 5 min drive to the center. The place has a big Smart TV with excellent Wi-Fi connection, 3 Smart Air-conditions, a Smart Washing Machine, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with their own TVs and closets. A serene getaway awaits!

The homely, Greek-style apartment, comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a 3-bedded bedroom divided by a curtain from the sitting room where there is a bed settee. There is a woodburner in the sitting room. The shower room/wc is off the kitchen. There is a pretty garden, for sole use of guests, where it is nice to eat andenjoy breakfast in your own small olive grove! I have a courtyard at the side of the house where I keep three friendly dogs. There are cats around.
