The Gecko Bach, Tiny Home Accomodation

Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Bch & shops are a 20min walk or catch a bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. We hope you have a wonderful stay :)

Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Tiny Home - "Valley Views"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Stay in a quiet fully self contained tiny home on wheels with superb valley views. Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

Kakapo Kabin - prime location.

New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.

Giant pohutukawa and native trees on our 10 acre property bring in the birds.
