Private pool & rooftop pergola, 1 min to the beach

⭐️FOR LONG TERM STAYS (over 30 days)- PLEASE MESSAGE THE HOST⭐️ This charming and spacious four bedroom house is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Costacabana, just 4km from the Almeria Airport and 1 minute walk to the beach. It has a private pool with underwater lights, a rooftop solarium with a sea/mountain view for sunbathing, jacuzzi/bathtub, a fibre optic Wi -Fi , a large first floor terrace overlooking the pool and lots of space for a relaxing and peaceful family holiday.

Preciosa casa al borde del mar

El lugar idílico para disfrutar unas estupendas vacaciones al borde del mar. ATENCION! Acaba de empezar una construcción de tres casas en el terreno de al lado. Por ello hago un gran descuento! Aún así es una delicia disfrutar de esas maravillosas playas. Y luego un delicioso baño en la piscina sin salir de casa. A 5 km de San Juan de los Terreros con todo tipo de distracciones y restaurantes, a 30 minutos del precioso pueblo andaluz Mojácar, y a 40 de la reserva natural del cabo de Gata

STUNNING SEA VIEWS, CLOSE TO BEACH, HEATED POOL

A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Enjoy breakfast outside whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table.

Prachtige cortijo op een groot domein, bestaande uit 3 totaal vernieuwde vakantiehuizen. Hedendaags en gezellig ingericht met behoud van het Spaanse karakter. 6 Slaapkamers met dubbele boxspringbedden (2X90), airco en flatscreen internetTV (alle kanalen beschikbaar), WIFI over het gehele domein, 5 en-suite badkamers met wastafel, regendouche en toilet. Villa Carmen situada en Níjar, uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España trata de una casa a estrenar con vistas a la montaña. Cuenta con dos dormitorios, un baño, cocina y zona de estar. Se encuentra a 30 km de las famosas playas de los Muertos, Aguamarga, Las Negras y otras más. Villa Carmen está a 35 km de la ciudad. El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Almería, ubicado a 29 km. En las inmediaciones se podrán practicar entre otros,senderismo, kayak y snorkel.

La Casa de la Media Luna es una casa de playa en pleno Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata, frente al icónico faro. Su privilegiada localización ofrece la posibilidad de disfrutar de la playa, visitar otras calas vírgenes del alrededor o bien explorar las montañas volcánicas.
