また、今回の旅は、東京タワーへの宿泊だけでなく、東京を巡りながら、Airbnbのコンセプト「暮らすように旅しよう」にちなんだ特別な体験を楽しめる「おもてなしツアー」もご用意しています。地元の穴場を訪れたり、日本の伝統文化の体験など、趣向を凝らした数々のプランを予定しています。当日は、外国人ゲストも参加予定。一緒に国際交流を楽しみながらAirbnbの疑似体験をしていただく予定です。

Participant: Any natural person who (i) has reached the age of 20 and (ii) is lawful residents of Japan at the time of participation to the Contest. The contest is void outside of Japan

Guest: Any natural person or persons that Organizer and the Winner discussed and the Organizer permits at its reasonable discretion. There is no minimum age for a Guest, however for Guests who are less than 20 years old, any consent of a parent or guardian might be required.

Prize: The Prize(s) consist each prize(s) listed in this website as Prize A, Prize B and Prize C.
The Prize does not include transportation or per diem costs, airport taxes or any other fees or costs, which each Winner and each Guest must pay, unless otherwise provided clearly and separately stated herein. Each Winner and each Guest is responsible for possessing all necessary ID, visa and other documents required for travel. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash, in whole or part, exchanged for any other item or transferred to any other person.

Airbnb coupon: Each Airbnb coupon is for use on the Airbnb platform, which can be applied only towards a single booking of a Airbnb listing. This booking must be completed (including host acceptance) by the time and date separately designated by the Organizer. The Airbnb coupon may not be redeemed for cash, in whole or part, exchanged for any other item or transferred to any other person. Each Participant’s use of the Airbnb coupon and subsequent stay at the Airbnb listing is subject to the Terms of Service applicable to the Airbnb platform, available at https://www.airbnb.jp/terms. If a Participant cancels or shortens his/her stay at the Airbnb listing, he/she will not be entitled to any refund on the whole or any part of the value of the Airbnb coupon.

Submissions must be received through the below process within the Contest Duration to be eligible.

Each Participant can only participate once. The Organizer is not responsible for computer or network problems, problems with servers, problems with email accounts or the failure to receive any Submission for any reason whatsoever. By entering the Contest, Participants agree that they may be contacted by the Organizer in relation to the Contest and agree to take part in any publicity that occurs as a result of the Contest and grant the Organizer and their agents the right to use their personal data and/or image, as explained in more detail below.

Prohibited Content: Submissions must not violate the rights of any other party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or rights of privacy, publicity or other moral rights. Submissions must NOT contain: (a) content that endorses/promotes illegal or harmful activity; (b) violent, profane, vulgar, obscene, defamatory or otherwise objectionable material; (c) adult material; or (d) defamatory content. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that violates these prohibitions, or that the Organizer deems inappropriate for any reason, in their sole discretion.
禁止される内容：「提出物」は，知的財産権，プライバシー権，公表権または人格権の権利を含みこれらに限定されない，第三者の権利を侵害してはならないものとします。「提出物」は，(a) 違法または有害な活動を支持し，または促進する内容　(b)　暴力的，冒瀆的，悪趣味，猥褻，名誉毀損その他好ましくない題材，(c)成人向け題材または(d) 中傷的な内容が含まれてはならないものとします。懸賞主催者は，これらの禁止に違反する，または懸賞主催者が独自の裁量により理由の如何を問わず不適切であるとみなす「提出物」を無効とする権利を留保するものとします。

Winner Selection: Twelve Winners will be selected from the submitted Submissions. The Winners will be chosen entirely on merit, based on the following criteria applied by a panel of judges:

Originality and creativity of the Submission: How original is your Submission? Does it surprise and delight us?

The panel of judges will be comprised of the Organizer’s employees. The judges’ decisions are final and binding. If substantially similar Submissions are submitted by different entrants, judges will select only the best version of that idea, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion.

審査員団は懸賞主催者の従業員により構成されます。審査員の判断は最終的なもので拘束力があるものとします。実質的に類似する「提出物」が異なった参加者により出された場合には，審査員は独自の裁量により決定した唯一最高のアイデアのものを選ぶものとします。

License: By submitting a Submission, Participants grant the Organizer a perpetual (or for the term of the protection granted by the relevant intellectual property rights), worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, publicly perform, publicly display, communicate to the public, or otherwise use the Submission for promotional or any other purposes, on or in relation to Airbnb.com and related sites and mobile apps, with or without modifications, in any form or medium (including but not limited to: internet, any printed medium distributed via press, billposting, point of sale advertising, flyers, leaflets…), whether now existing or later developed, for entertainment, promotional and/or advertising purposes. To the greatest extent permitted by law, Participants agree not to invoke any so-called moral rights in relation to their Submissions (including without limitation the right to be identified as the creator of the work and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work).　
使用許諾：　「提出物」を出すことにより、参加者は懸賞主催者及びその関連会社に対して，「提出物」を変形，編集，修正，複製，頒布，公衆通信，出版，放送，公演，公衆展示，交信または使用し，Airbnb.com上でまたはAirbnb.comに関連して、もしくは関連するサイトおよびモバイルアプリケーションにおいて，修正をするか否かを問わず、娯楽，販売促進または広告目的のために現存するか将来開発されるいかなる形態または媒体（インターネット，新聞，広告ビラ，ポスター，販売時点での宣伝，チラシ，リーフレット等で配布される印刷物を含みこれらに限定されない）により「提出物」を宣伝または他のいかなる目的のため用いることができる永久的（または適用される知的財産権について与えられる保護期間中），全世界的，取消不能，ロイアルティを支払う必要がないライセンスを付与するものとします。法律により認められる最大限の範囲において，参加者は「提出物」に関連するいわゆる人格権と称される権利（著作物の創作者として特定される権利または著作物を毀損する取扱に異議を唱える権利を含みこれらに限定されない）を主張しないことに同意するものとします。

Notification/Announcement of Winner: The Organizer will notify each Winner using the contact information provided by the Winner in his/her Submission. Each Participant hereby consents to the Organizer using that information to do so and to being so contacted if they win. Winners must respond and accept their Prize within 48 hours of being contacted. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for any Winner’s failure to collect his/her Prize. The Organizer may award, assign or dispose of any unclaimed Prize in any manner in its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute about the identity of a Winner, the Organizer will award the Prize to the authorized account holder of the Airbnb account corresponding to the email address that sent the winning Submission. The Organizer may publicly announce the name of the Winner after the end of the Contest Duration, including through Airbnb social media channels.　
入賞者の通知・公表：懸賞主催者は、「提出物」において入賞者が提供した連絡先によってそれぞれの入賞者に通知するものとします。参加者は，入賞をした場合には懸賞主催者が連絡をするため当該情報を用いること、そのよう連絡を受けることを承諾するものとします。入賞者は、連絡を受けたのち４８時間以内に返答をするものとします。懸賞主催者は，入賞者が賞品を受領しないことについては一切の責任を負わないものとします。懸賞主催者は，請求されなかった賞品をその独自の裁量によりいかなる態様によって付与，譲渡あるいは破棄することができるものとします。入賞者の本人性に争いを生じた場合，懸賞主催者は入賞した「提出物」が送信された電子メールアカウントに関連した権限を有するAirbnbアカウント保有者に賞品を授与することができるものとします。懸賞主催者は，懸賞期間の満了後または満了時に，Aribnbのソーシャルメディアチャンネルによることを含め，入賞者の氏名を公表することができるものとします。

Prize Conditions: The Prize is provided as-is with no express or implied warranty or guarantee. This Contest may be subject to applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax laws. Each Winner is solely responsible and liable for any and all taxes applicable to or resulting from the award of the Prize. Where and to the extent permitted by law, the Organizer may require the Winner and/or the Winner’s Guests (“Winners etc.”), to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release permitting the Organizer to use the Winner’s name, image, voice and likeness and winning Submission in promotional materials where permitted by law and subject to applicable rules. Refusal or inability to sign and return such forms within 24 hours of receipt may result in disqualification and awarding of Prize to an alternate Winner. Winners and their Guests understand that they may be filmed when they redeem the Prize. As a precondition to redeem the Prize, the Winners etc. will sign a release form that will allow the Organizer to film them and to use that footage for worldwide marketing and commercial purposes. Winners will make sure their Guests agree with this as well and that their Guests will sign such release forms as well. The Organizer reserves the right to any remedy, including withdrawal, denial or cancellation of any prize, if fraud, tampering or other violations of these Contest terms and conditions are suspected.　
賞品の条件：賞品は現状有姿で提供され，いかなる明示または黙示の保証がなされないものとします。懸賞には，税法を含みそれに限定されず，適用を受ける法令に従うものとします。入賞者は，賞品の授与に適用されるか、賞品の授与から適用を受けるすべての税法について自らが責任を負うものをします。法律が適用され、法律が許容する範囲において，懸賞主催者は入賞者および入賞者のゲスト（以下、「入賞者等」という。）に対して，資格，懸賞主催者が入賞者等の氏名，画像，音声および好みおよび入賞した「提出物」を法律が許容し適用される規則に従って宣伝媒体において使用し公表する許可の宣誓書に署名して返却するよう求めることができるものとします。拒絶または当該書式を受領後２４時間以内に署名して返却ができないことは資格取消の結果を生じ，代わりの入賞者に賞品が授与されることがあります。入賞者等は賞品を受け取る時に撮影がされることがあることを了解するものとします。賞品を受け取る前提条件として，入賞者等は，懸賞主催者が入賞者等を撮影することおよび撮影映像を全世界的な販売促進と商業目的に使用することを承諾する許可書面に署名をするものとします。入賞者は、ゲストが入賞者同様に同意し、かつ書面に署名をするようにしなければなりません。懸賞主催者は，詐欺，不正手段，その他の懸賞条件の違反が疑われる場合，すべての賞品を撤回，拒否および解約することを含む救済を受ける権利を留保するものとします。

General Liability Release: By entering this Contest, Participants and their Guest(s) release the Organizer (including its related entities) and its agents from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive all claims and causes of action arising from or related to this Contest or use of the Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.　
免責：参加者は，懸賞に応募することにより，懸賞主催者（関連会社を含む。）およびその代理人を法的理論の如何を問わず，一切の賠償義務から免責し，懸賞または賞品の使用から、またはそれに関連して生ずる請求を法令が許容する範囲において放棄するものとします。

Personal Data: By entering the Contest and submitting the Submission and any other personal information, Participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information by the Airbnb Ireland and its subsidiary receiving it from Airbnb Ireland for the purpose of the Contest or any associated publicity.　
個人データ：懸賞に参加し「提出物」を提出することおよび他の個人情報により，参加者はAirbnb Ireland及び同社から提供を受ける子会社が懸賞またはそれに関連する広報のため参加者の個人情報を保有することを明示的に了解するものとします。

Interpretation and Disputes: Participants agree: (a) to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the judges, which are final and binding; (b) that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Japan, excluding its body of law controlling conflict of laws, and shall be resolved exclusively in the Tokyo District Courts as the court of first instance; and (c) that they consent and waive any objection to the jurisdiction of said courts for any such disputes.
解釈および紛争：参加者は，(a) 懸賞の条件に拘束されることおよび審査員の終局的かつ拘束力のある判断に従うこと，(b) すべての紛争は，法の抵触に関する原則を除き，日本国の法律に従うものとし、第一審の専属管轄を東京地方裁判所とすること(c) 当該裁判所の裁判管轄についての異議を申立てないことに同意するものとします。

Miscellaneous: The Contest is void where prohibited. If any terms or provisions of these Contest Terms and Conditions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer may suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if they believe, in their sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, in which case the Prizes will be awarded among the eligible entries received that were unaffected by the problem, if possible. Questions or comments may be sent to the addresses stated above.　
雑則：懸賞は禁止される場合には無効であるものとします。いずれかの懸賞条件の条項が管轄権のある裁判所により無効または拘束力もしくは執行力がないと判断された場合でもその余の条項は有効かつ執行力を有するものとして存続するものとします。適用される法律により許容される範囲において，懸賞主催者は，故障，エラー，中断，損害等が懸賞の運営，安全性，公平性，清廉性，適切な実施を損なっている，あるいは損なう虞があると判断する場合，独自の裁量により，懸賞を中断したり，修正したり，終了することができるものとします。この場合，可能であれば，賞品を当該問題によって影響を受けずに受領している有効な応募の中から選んで授与することができるものとします。

Terms Regarding the Prize:
賞品に関する条件：

(a)The Winners and the Guests shall comply with all requirements, rules and guidelines applicable to their stay at the premises constituting the Prize, including those relating to alcohol, smoking, health, safety and security.
入賞者およびそのゲストは，賞品を構成する施設の滞在に適用される飲酒，喫煙，健康，安全，保安を含む諸規則を遵守するものとします。

(b)The Prize is personal and cannot be sold or transferred to someone else. If the Winner does not or cannot accept the Prize, it reverts back to the Organizer and it is at the Organizer's sole discretion to award the Prize to another Participant in this Contest.
賞品は，属人的なものであって譲渡移転をすることができないものとします。入賞者が賞品を受領することができない場合，賞品は懸賞主催者に帰属するものとし，懸賞主催者は独自の裁量により当該賞品を他の懸賞参加者に授与できるものとします。

(c)The Winner and the Guests are themselves solely responsible to ensure they have a valid passport and any required travel documentation in order to travel.
入賞者およびそのゲストは有効な旅券および旅行のために要求される書類を自らの責任で所持するものとします。

(d)The Organizer may ask for a written confirmation or proof of the place of residence and age of the Winner and the Guests before awarding the Prize.
懸賞主催者は，賞品を授与する前に入賞者およびそのゲストの居住地および年齢の確認書面または証明を求めることができるものとします。

(e)The Winner and the Guests shall behave and conduct themselves properly at all times.　 The Winner and the Guests are liable for any costs, losses or expenses that any of the Organisers may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with property damage, death or personal injury that are caused by the Winner's or any Guests' negligence, misbehaviour, misconduct or default.
入賞者およびそのゲストは常に適切に行為行動をするものとします。入賞者およびそのゲストの故意，過失，不作為または不履行を原因として生じた損害または人の死亡または傷害に関連して懸賞主催者が蒙る費用，損失，経費については入賞者およびそのゲストが責任を有するものとします。

(f)No substitution or transfer of the Prize is permitted. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash. If due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer unable to provide the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to award, as substitute, a Prize of equal value.
賞品の交換または譲渡移転は認められません。賞品は現金との引換ができないものとします。懸賞主催者の支配を超える事情によって、懸賞主催者が賞品を提供することができない場合，懸賞主催者は同等の価額の賞品を代わりに提供する権利を留保するものとします。
