Dear Guest It awaits you a modern, partly renovated, ready-furnished 1.5 room space (approx. 35m2) + secondary storage room in the top floor of a 3-story property with a dedicated stairway (if you are not comfortable with stairs: there is no elevator ;-). The property is beautifully situated on a slope, embedded by green nature. The space radiates a dreamy Scandinavian lightness. The roof-slope adds spaciousness & air to the atmosphere. Cities such as Zurich, St. Gallen & Lucerne can be reached in about 1 hour by car. The great chocolate factories inspires young and old. You are very welcome!

Gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung nähe Zürich

Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Hinter dem Haus liegt eine grosse Wiese, auf der Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen haben. An heissen Tagen kann man sich auch im Bächli abkühlen. Unser Garten lädt ein zum Grillieren oder einfach zum Entspannen.
