Just like someone else said - if you’re thinking of booking a room here- JUST DO IT!! My husband and I had such a wonderful stay. Elaine and Doug are the most warm, hospitable people and their B&B is beyond cozy. Having fresh morning coffee on the porch in rocking chairs was the breath of fresh air we needed!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, down to the last drop of orange juice. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but will absolutely stay again if we’re in the area.

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We rented the entire Inn and had plenty of room for our large family to spend time together. Had everything we needed to prepare meals while we were there. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We really appreciated being able to check in a little early too.

Great spot in Niagara area with clean, comfortable rooms, nice walkability to the river, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Charlton Farm was such a lovely place to stay at the start of a much needed vacation. Sitting on the porch, rocking, and reading a book while the crickets sang was so peaceful. It is a very spacious historic farmhouse with beautiful antique furniture, a well stocked library, a music/puzzle room, and a cheery dining room. Doug and Elaine were so accommodating for our diet, and breakfast was delicious. It was really fun to see the chickens, alpaca, and other animals at the farm. Plus, we took a mile hike around the pond at Twin Cedars Enviromental Area three miles east on Route 20. My only regret is we stayed just one night. I hope we can come again soon!

This was a great place to stay for our getaway. We visited the Badlands and Belfountain Conservation area both of which were close by. We wished we had planned to stay for longer as there are more beautiful conservation areas to see and also a sunflower farm. The Room (Badlands Suite) is on top of the General Store. It is a beautiful historic building. There was a window air conditioner in our room so we were very comfortable. The bed was great. The woman running the store downstairs was super friendly and helpful. There is a nice patio out back and chairs by the river for relaxing. We will come again for sure. Thank you Glen!

The South Landing is the perfect place to refill your batteries. The place is lovely and causy, everything is built with attention to details, and so was the room. Very important to mention is the awesome and really really tasty breakfast, which is actually selfmade. The Surroundings are phenomenal.

Our hostess remembered us from our last visit and even though breakfast was not available since they were under going some remodeling, the hostess took the time to get us some fresh muffins and coffee. We will certainly be back!

We loved our stay in Lana’s unit! The space was clean & tidy, the beds were so comfortable and she was very quick to respond with any questions! Thank you so much for everything 😊😊

Jessie was great, she let the group check in earlier so we could make our wine tours. Cottage is cute and clean, perfect for a quick stay!

Nice & Affordable Hotel Airbnb whether you're staying for a short or extended stay like ours. We were greeted with a clean room just as described & even though we didn't speak directly with the host/owner himself the receptionists are amazing, helpful & are ready to answer any questions you may have regarding the hotel amenities. A change of clean sheets & towels were available at request at the front desk. *** P.S. If you extend your stay through the app while staying at the hotel do make sure to go to front desk to update your keycard.

Was one of the best places I have stayed, The hosts could not have been more perfect & helpful, they basically couldn’t do enough for us, & often went above & beyond helping us along the way.. We were so grateful for everything they done for us & Cant thank them enough for being the best hosts… Can’t recommend them enough for everything.. They even went out & bought us a little something for our anniversary.. Amazing Hosts… Thank you so much guys.. First Class

Mila is an exceptional host - great communication and goes above and beyond. The house and room were exactly as they were shown online. Everything was super clean, the kitchen had everything I needed and there was a ton of storage space which would be great for long term. The location is minutes from Digital Canary Studios if you’re in town filming there. This was my first time doing a shared bathroom and I felt totally safe - bedroom doors have digital locks on them and lock automatically when they close. Check in was a breeze, internet was great, checkout was simple and easy. Will 💯 Airbnb from Mila again when in Hamilton.

Great spot. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy to get to Holiday Valley and the downtown area as well.

The rock n' roll suite was very cute - a great clean apartment to stay in. I liked being able to walk the trail to the lake. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were kind and friendly. Will stay there again.

This suite was perfect for our stay in NOTL. It was so close to all of the shops and restaurants on Queen Street and was surprisingly quiet--even with an Irish Pub next door! Lots of thoughtful details made our stay extra special.

Great place, just as pictured. We were really only there to sleep, but bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Was off season, so the town was pretty dead, but still a fun stay. There was at least one other unit rented while we were there and you could hear them laughing, but in all fairness they sounded like they were just having a good time.

Lovely place, comfortable and stylish, love their environmental ethic! They accommodated my late check no problem.

A very memorable stay for my kids and I. The Retro Room was one of the highlights of our summer trip.. so much fun! Also— so much attention to detail in regard to comfort and privacy. I definitely recommend checking out Hotel Philco. I’m sure my kids will be asking if we can check out one of the other rooms another time! Thanks for the fabulous stay!

As an Architect I was so pleased to see a second storeyrenovation that tightly complies to the building code with proper exits, fire separations with fire rated doors. Bonnie the host is super kind and responsive, the suite was sparkling clean and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!
