Bruce has an amazing place here if you're going to be in the area! Everything is just as pictured and listed. The Airbnb is just outside of the major part of the city, so it is very close to everything you need but also not in the middle of town, so this makes it more quiet as well. Very close to everything and Bruce was an amazing host that gave some great recommendations for local dining as well if you're tired of chain restaurants! Will definitely stay again if I am in the area!

Comfortable short stay with easy check-in and check-out. Netflix and a couple of board and card games were thoughtful necessities that were provided. Clear instructions were helpful as well.

Fresh, clean apartment. Neighborhood is transitioning into a new phase. The revitalization is evident. Location is very convenient to travel to and from other areas in and around Buffalo. We'd be guests of Greg's in a heartbeat.

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! Hettys place is bright and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped for long term stays. King bed is very comfortable. She was good at communicating whenever we needed something. Perfect for what we needed.

Rhuland's place was exactly what we needed! We were attending an event nearby and it was perfect. So clean and comfortable! In a nice and quiet neighbourhood as well so if you want a place that isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to it to be convenient, this is the place for you.

Great location! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable... with the room darkening curtains, we could have slept all day! Very relaxing! We would definitely stay here again!

Kate's place is fantastic. It's exactly as described. It's one of the cleanest airbnb's we've stayed at in several years. In fact, it's one of those rare places where we felt we didn't need to wash all the dishes before using them. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was also very comfortable, and Kate was friendly, proactive and responsive.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in Zahra’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Zahra was smooth and prompt, making the booking, check in at check out process hassle-free. It is highly recommended!

It was my first time staying in an air bnb and Emelda’s place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed, everything was perfect. the place just felt like home. She’s very friendly, easy to communicate with and often checked on us if we needed anything, I recommend Emelda’s place to everyone looking to rent an air bnb in the area.

Majid’s apartment was as shown in the pictures. It’s walking distance to many shops and restaurants and Square One Mall. Majid provided extremely clear instructions on where to park and how to check in. The place was clean and worked perfectly for what we needed it for.

We stayed here for over a month and truly felt at home. Everything was high quality - from the well equipped kitchen to the modern bathroom and comfortable mattresses. The unit is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet still just 15–20 minutes from downtown, which was perfect for us. The private little garden in the back was a lovely bonus, and having a separate garage made things even more convenient. Bouchra was a wonderful host - very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. When we mentioned we needed extra kitchen utensils and plates to make our long stay more comfortable, she went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. If we ever come back to Toronto, we wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else!

This was the second time we stayed here. We loved the quiet surroundings and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. This place makes you feel right at home and is nice and clean. We definitely will be returning again.

Great location, very friendly hosts, beautiful little spot for a couple. I loved with office, I used it as a get ready room for makeup, and hair. It was also a closet with storage and hangers. Didn't realize before we got there that we weren't allowed any guests (hosts did make an exception for one evening), amenities needed to be booked but the hosts were flexible. No face clothes, bring your own.
