My returning guests love how close we are to the city, yet you'll feel you’ve escaped it. You can get to the airport quickly, and directly access native bush walks. Modern sunny apartment in Berhampore village

Welcome to my home a new apartment, only two years old, warm, light and modern with beautiful wooden flooring and bespoke kitchen, ideal for a couple. Queen sized bed with a comfy memory foam topped mattress, cotton sheets and bedding, modern bathroom, and wifi. Centrally located in Berhampore, bus stop across the road metres from the sprig and fern pub, Araucaria italian, gramercy baker. A short walk from Newtown and the hospital. A short bus or Uber to wellington CBD and Island bay beach.

Compact apartment within our home and with separate entrance. Enjoy your stay in the lovely suburb of Island Bay, just 5 minutes walk to Island Bay Beach and the lovely south coast of the North Island. Walking distance to shops, cinema, cafes, parks, nature walks,bus. Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away). Suited for a couple or two singles.

Modern studio with spa, in great location

This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

Modern, sunny in Kilbirne close to airport & city

Beautifully renovated top floor one bedroom home. Comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. Perfect location for Wellington Airport, Wellington Hospital, Wellington Aquatic Centre, Weta Cave, Te Papa, Lyall Bay, 2 minute walk to TSB Sports Centre, short ride to the Pines, perfect for World of Wearable Arts WOW and concerts and events in the city, very short trip into town and Westpac Stadium! Travel cot available. There is no laundry available however we do offer a free laundry service.

located just minutes away from the Wellington airport, Wellington city center, Akau Tangi Sports Centre and the Wellington Regional Aquatic center. Close to Weta Cave. Walking distance to Kilbirnie Shopping centre, which includes great cafes, KFC, Subway, Domino and Pizza Hutt, and Pak'N Save and Woolwoths. The bus route to the city center and airport is just down the road. An ideal stay for all types of travelers. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The Architect and Artist owners have designed and crafted every detail using timber milled and sourced from the family farm. Adorable 1 bedroom garden studio with ensuite

Close to Wellington CBD and 10 minutes from the airport, this self-contained studio below the main house, is perfect for business travellers or if you are coming to the city for an event or getaway. Separate access at the side of the house and a short flight of 10 steps to the studio. Shared garden with the owners. Our friendly little dog and cat will welcome you to your city haven. Comfortable queen bed, access to laundry facilities available, and a desk to work at.
