Just back from 2 night stay with my husband son and daughtwr and we cant wait to get bk it was amazing could not fault one thing my son has addiontional needs and this was the most perfect place we have visited for him weve been to many rentals this was thw best one cant wait to get back

Lovely stay, super close to Newcastle and has everything you could possibly need. Even in the rain, the view was amazing+ the hot tub was covered so we still got the use out of it.

Everything was top class at Hawthorn Hideaways. The pods themselves were very clean and cosy. We were welcomed with a little mini hamper which was a great touch, it had snacks and marshmallows for s'mores which we used at the firepit. What ever type of stay you are coming for whether it's as a family or as a couple, you'll definitely be guaranteed a lovely stay.

We stayed 1 night in the border lodge, everything was perfect and exactly how it was described. walking distance to the local bar and shop, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and straight forward. Any messages we sent were responded to straight away. the hot tub was amazing, they've thought of everything in this air bnb. I would highly recommend it!!

Mickey, was a real gentleman, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived Mickey had the makings of a fry, and sandwich ingredients as well as cake and biscuits. He went to great trouble to source local taxi numbers and even dropped us to where we wanted to go on one occasion. He was very helpful without being intrusive. We will definitely be back again.

the cabin was clean and cozy. Had everything you might need. And the view was amazing. Watching a sunset over the Mourne mountains in the hot tub was all we needed for our anniversary. Would come again.

Great wee place..nicely secluded great views..unfortunately bad weather..didn't hampen our time there. darragh great host..even though I was his lifesaver lol..lovely time..

Had a great stay here! Would definitely go back again, the hot tub was lovely and was very private. The cabin had everything you would need like toaster microwave kettle fridge hob, came with robes and towels which was nice too!!

This place was just beautiful, the hottub was warm for us arriving, the cabin had everything you needed. The surrounding area around the cabin was absolutely beautiful with sounds of nature and a stunning sunset. Camlough lake was a 2 min walk where people were sea swimming. I cannot recommend this place enough I had the most peaceful nights sleep here, thank you Karl!

This place is just one hidden gem, second visit and brought my boys and niece this time, everything is just amazing, the kids didnt wanna leave .. neither did I... the host is super kind as well ... stunning place with lots of lake activity , bbq n firepit, just beautiful !!

Couldn’t have asked for anything else for a comfortable stay. Carloine was very helpful on arrival. Lovely welcome pack. It is in really lovely location and easy to use for a base to travel around the surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.

Pasamos unos días inolvidables en la Granja de Sam y Libby. Fueron muy amables y serviciales con nosotros. El entorno es un remanso de paz para desconectar y vivir en medio de la nada. Los niños se lo pasaron en grande con los animales de la granja.

We had an amazing stay at the Crafter's Cabin. We really enjoyed disconnecting and relaxing by the cosy fireplace. Jason and Siobhan were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here. Great decor and homely vibe. Host had prepped a lovely few breakfast bits. Super peaceful. Would stay here again.

The cabin itself feels like a warm embrace—simple, charming, and full of character. Waking up to the sound of the sea and the scent of wood around us was incredibly peaceful and romantic. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so instantly connected—not only to nature, but to each other. We’re leaving with full hearts and beautiful memories. Wow, words can't describe the feelings you get at Forget Me Not. The beautiful surroundings and sense of peace and calm you feel instantly. Eamon is a true gentleman and left a lovely welcome baskets for us. only a 10 minute drive from a beautiful coastal town. we genuinely couldn't recommend Forget Me Not enough and will most definitely be back in a couple of months for a longer stay. Thank You for everything Eamon.
