Walk to the City Centre from a Charming Flat

The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans and utensils. There are also a number of appliances including a blender. There's a walk in closet in the bedroom and lounge, so whether you're 2 or 4 people staying here, you can easily store your things out of sight. You'll be close to everything Edinburgh has to offer. Walking to the main festival venues, Edinburgh castle, or the Old Town will take you about 10 to 20 minutes. As this listing is for the 'entire property', you have access to everything in the flat. We will either meet guests on arrival or use the keybox located just outside the front door. The Kings Theatre is a stone's throw away, as are cinemas, great coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. For golfers, there's also an amazing 36-hole city centre pitch and putt just around the corner. About 10 different local bus routes can take you anywhere you want to go, but i would recommend walking as everything is so close. Alternatively, you always have cabs (Black cabs / mini cabs or Uber).

Lovely MAIN DOOR apartment - old town Edinburgh

Main door flat, in vibrant old town Edinburgh, minutes walk from restaurants, bars and attractions Fully equipped for an enjoyable stay, with 40inch TV, essential cooking utensils, condiments, selection of board games, towels, bedding etc are supplied. You just have to turn up and enjoy! Anew sofa bed was purchased 23/8/2023 giving a larger bed with more space in the living room. Check in/out is operated by key safe located at the premises. The Mews Stables, a studio in Edinburgh's West End

Compact studio room created from a former mews stables with living, sleeping and kitchen areas in one space, close to Haymarket Station and the airport tram. Princes Street and the Dean Village and art galleries are 10 minutes walk away (0.5miles), the Conference Centre is 5 minutes walk away (0.25miles) and the Castle and Old Town are 20 minutes walk (1mile). There are numerous excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, and for rugby fans Murrayfield is a 22 minute walk away (1.1miles).

Charming, quiet, central apartment with gardens

An attractive, traditional ground floor apartment with lovely front and rear gardens. It's on a wide, tree-lined street by a large park; walking distance to the historic centre. It’s bright and spacious, nicely furnished, with a charming living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, with patio doors leading to the rear garden. There are two delightful double bedrooms. Cosy Flat in Historic Building in the City Centre

This small, centrally-located flat is within walking distance of most places you would like to visit in Edinburgh, such as the Castle, The Royal Mile, and Princes Street. Overlooking The Meadows, the flat is close to where the locals like to relax and is within easy access to Edinburgh University. Across the road, there's a friendly, local pub and around the corner, all the shops, bars, and restaurants you will need. The flat itself is light-filled and comfortable with fast WiFi.

Peaceful and convenient apartment ideally situated

This apartment is positioned minutes from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh city centre and the University but yet situated on a very peaceful and quiet tree-lined street next to vast Meadows park and close to Edinburgh's Holyrood park and Arthurs seat. There are numerous supermarkets, cafes, pubs and transport options minutes from the door. With generously sized rooms, the apartment is warm and comfortable and is a wonderful base to enjoy the city or visit the University.

Gorgeous central apartment on Holyrood Park

This beautiful apartment is located on the stunning Holyrood Park, and is a 5-minute walk from Holyrood Palace, The Scottish Parliament and the Royal Mile.
