Many of its original features like fireplace surrounds, doors, hardware, and window surrounds are intact, or fully restored. The last surviving owner's will specified that her entire estate would go to the Finger Lakes Land Trust for a nature preserve that borders the Robert Treman State Park, making this a private getaway just minutes from gorgeous hikes and waterfalls.
