It is an ideal home for family vacation. With Prior arrangement you may use the owner's residence dock. Lake Murray, Timberlake country club, and Dreher Island State park are nearby. Restaurants, grocery stores, and local night spots, are close by. Columbiana mall is 20 min and Columbia is 25 min away!

Johnstone-Rutherford Cottage

Halfway between Newberry College and the Newberry Opera house, the Johnstone-Rutherford Cottage places you within a 10 minute walk or less of either the main college campus or the opera house. The cottage is part of the Johnstone-Rutherford House complex built by the renowned builder Cam Davis, known for his historic homes here in Newberry and his work at the Biltmore Mansion in Asheville, NC. The cottage has been updated providing historic old world charm with a touch of modern convenience.

Greenwood Lake Front, FirePit, Outside Kitch, Dock

Our place is unlike any other on the lake! The home is fully stocked and includes kayaks, pedal boat and lilly pad for your enjoyment. We have a dock and firepit. You will have no need to go anywhere else while you are here, as Camp Q has so many things to offer. The outside kitchen has 2 grills and a fridge. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The Inspiration House

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom bungalow

Located a walk from Newberry College is this chic bungalow which combines modern finishes with rustic, boho charm. Inside this newly renovated home, be treated to all the amenities with two beds, a couch, a love seat as well as a large sectional, washer/dryer, tvs, fully equipped kitchen and so much more. Quiet Super CLEAN Great Deal 7 mile to downtown NB

We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS

You'll enjoy this small cabin located less than 2 miles from Dreher Island State Recreation Area. The views from the living area and kitchen are breath-taking. You can sit on the dock & watch the sun set or take your boat out just a few hundred yards to watch the sun rise. This location is great for swimming & a dock is available so you can bring your boat. There is also great fishing from the dock and on a boat. This will provide an unforgettable vacation!
