Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Step out the large glass doors onto the deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. Easy walk to everything you need right in the village - restaurants, grocery, wine, barber, post office, library! Beautiful walking trails in the woods are just around the corner. Located a quick 15 minute drive to either Syracuse or Cortland.

We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

As you walk to the treehouse across the 60' cable bridge you will feel the stress and cares of everyday life melt away. The treehouse is 150 square feet of pure magic and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway high up in the trees.

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.

Enjoy your own private entrance to this lovely three bedroom guest suite with cozy sitting area. THERE IS NO KITCHEN, tho offered is a microwave oven, bar refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs on the second floor. The 1860 Suite is located on a scenic tree lined village street. Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.
