We are 45 minutes to Fredericksburg, 30 minutes to New Braunfels, 30 minutes to Boerne, and 30 minutes to downtown San Antonio. Heb grocery and Wal- Mart are 5 minutes away.

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants.
