The apartment is located on the first floor of the garden house of a typical Berlin residential building from 1910, just 50 meters from Schillerpromenade and 250 meters from Tempelhofer Feld. Both the building and the apartment have been recently renovated. You will find a fully equipped 1.5-room apartment, consisting of a living room with an adjoining balcony and a separate sleeping and working area. Wooden floors and original wooden panel doors create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Die Wohnung (ca 84qm) ist lichtdurchflutet, aufgeteilt in drei Zimmer. Sie ist im 5ten Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug. Die große Küche (ca 20qm) führt zum Wohnzimmer (ca23 qm) (20qm)und zusätzlich gibt es ein Gästezimmer (ca 18 qm)und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (18qm). Die Sonne geht in der Küche auf und geht auf der großen Dachterasse unter. Es gibt einen Extraraum für die Garderobe. Ich wohne normalerweise in der Wohnung und möchte sie natürlich an nette Menschen vermieten :)

Quirky, cozy flat in Neukölln. Located in an Altbau with high ceilings. I took inspiration from tiny houses to design the layout. The king size bed is in a wooden mezzanine - and there's a large comfy couch. There's a small sit-in kitchen with the usual amenities (no freezer though sorry) a small work desk and a typical Berlin tube bathroom with a shower. You'll also have access to a shared rooftop terrace—ideal for enjoying sunsets .
