Casa de pueblo con grandes estancias y suficientes baños y aseos. Muy céntrica, cerca de la Plaza del Castillo en el casco histórico. Zona muy tranquila con grandes vistas.

The house is very spacious and has everything you need. The wood burner was a real positive in winter. It is in a good location on top of a hill and there are many nice places in the surrounding area but the local town is not very interesting.

La maison est très agréable et vraiment très propre. Nous avons tellement bien dormi dans les lits et la maison est très paisible. La maison de plein-pied nous donne facilement accès à la piscine et à la terrasse pour manger dehors. Le lieu est calme et serein. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa flexibilité. Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances ! Un grand merci à vous !

La casa es genial, mejor incluso de lo que esperábamos. Todo muy limpio, muchos juegos y cosas que hacer tanto para adultos como para niños, zona exterior amplia y buena zona de barbacoa, piscina limpia y cocina bien preparada para grupos grandes. Está lo suficientemente apartada como para estar tranquilo, poder poner música o hacer jaleo sin molestar a vecinos ni que nadie te moleste. El único problema que esto implica es que no hay supermercado ni tiendas muy cerca, pero nos dijeron al llegar que un Mercadona de la zona lleva la compra hasta la casa. Y por último, el trato recibido genial, nos recibieron al llegar para enseñarnos todo y explicarnos algunas cosas. Volveremos 😊

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy tranquila y no hemos tenido ningún problema. La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos, está muy equipada. En la zona de la piscina hay un baúl con muchos juegos para los niños y columpios. Hay una mesa, donde comíamos todos los días y se estaba muy bien, y cenábamos en la marquesina. La barbacoa la hemos usado todos los días y va muy bien La piscina es ideal para niños, no es muy profunda, con lo que estás más tranquilo y tiene el tamaño perfecto para estar la familia. La casa está muy equipada de electrodomésticos, ventilador, toallas para ducha y piscina (se agradece que no dejen solo lo justo). La cocina tiene muchos utensilios. Hay aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones, que se paga aparte, nunca hemos tenido que pagarlo, pero Inge nos dio 10 € de saldo incluido en la estancia y la verdad con esos nos bastó. En general muy bien todo. La ubicación y comunicación por carretera muy bien. En general, todo muy bien.

Hemos estado muy bien en casa de Svetlana, la zona es muy tranquila, ideal para nosotros

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce logement idéal pour une famille. Il ne manque rien en équipement. La literie est bonne, la piscine est très bien, la cuisine est fonctionnelle!!! Vraiment une belle maison à proximité de Mazarron!!!

Easily the first thing you notice is the beautiful pool area with the pink Flowers on the house. The views from the front and back of this property are outstanding. The property itself was exactly as described and we had a great week. Sue, who did checkin was very responsive and set everything up perfectly for us. We were 3 couples with loads of kids and the property really worked for us. 2 fridge freezers was great for shopping etc. Walking distance to a great beach, 10 mins drive to an interesting and lively port, a god restaurant down the road and 10 mins from supermarkets meant we had a hassle free stay. The place came with a load of stuff we could use when cooking and cleaning too (spices, oils etc) which is rare and saves on having to buy stuff you might not need more than once. Small detail but important! Highly recommended.

Voor de eerste keer naar Casa Sharoza geweest. De wegen er naar toe vonden we wat minder. Maar het huis is prachtig en heel mooi uitzicht. De kinderen zijn het zwembad niet uit geweest. 1 minpuntje waren de bedden. Mijn vriend is rug patiënt en heeft niet zo goed geslapen. Maar verder niks op aan te merken. het was geweldig. We zullen in de toekomst nog terug keren.

villa très belle et très bien équipée en tous vaisselle.linge.electromenage.... petite bouteille de vin d accueil accueil sur place de toni qui est aussi très réactive aux messages et à notre bien etre piscine au top eau à 30 ° et piscine propre emplacement très bien situé parking pour au moins 2 véhicules et accueil avec notre chien qui a passé aussi de bonne vacances comme à notre habitude nous avons rendu la maison comme.nous l avons eu drap et serviette propre et un petit cadeau pour toni une bouteille de bière de paris nous n hesiterons pas à revenir l année prochaine viva españa

Nuestra experiencia en el Cortijo ha sido increíble! El sitio es precioso y a menos de 1 minuto en coche del núcleo urbano de Orcera! Está situado en la Sierra de Segura y es genial como centro para hacer excursiones a los diferentes pueblos y sitios de la zona. En el Cortijo y las viviendas tienen de todo y me gustaría sobretodo resaltar la hospitalidad y el inmejorable trato de Ramón y su mujer María Antonia. Estuvieron pendientes de todo desde el principio y son suuper amables y cercanos. Recomiendo 100% el Cortijo la Julia y mas aun a los anfitriones!!

What a lovely villa to stay in. It had everything and was very well equipped. The pool was great and so much helpful information given to us. We have already rebooked for another trip

We have just enjoyed an amazing 2 weeks in Chris’s villa and we’re very sad to be leaving. The outside space is huge, we loved the outdoor kitchen and all the different seating areas. The hammock was a big hit for reading & chilling. The pool was a great size and beautiful at night with the lights on. Indoor space is versatile, comfortable and homely. There were great sunsets in the evening and the roof terrace was the perfect place to sit with a coffee and watch the sunrise. Chris was an extremely attentive host, who always responded immediately and had some excellent restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated his kindness. Wim who is nearby during your stay was also very kind and helpful. The area was very peaceful with lots of amenities within walking distance. All the essentials were there to get you started and the welcome cold bottle of Cava was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend the villa and look forward to staying again ourselves!
